One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited — fraudster website payment

This is for your kind information that i had made a payment rs. 100.00 from my hdfc credit card to https://thetimeregister.com/post-job2/ by payment gateway www.mobikwik.com on 21.09.2019 (11:05:03). After the completion of payment, i had received a message on my mobile phone that “this payment cannot be completed”. But, after few seconds, i received a message from hdfc bank that you have spent rs. 9876.00 from your card through www.mobikwik.com.

1. I had already filled the dispute form of the hdfc bank to intimate the above fraud on the very same day.
2. I had informed via email to [protected]@nic.in, on dated sun, sep 22, 12:45 pm.
3. I had informed to www.mobikwik.com about the fraud on their website.

Kindly help me to recover my payment from the fraudster.
