Dear Sir I had tried to pay NDPL thru online payment ON 2ND December 2013 thru the above company for Rs 8220/- on the assumption that this company would pay it to NDPL but no payment has been done by them instead they started showing Rs 8220 as my digital Wallet payment and when I tried to use it to pay to NDPL a message appeared that currently NDPL is accepting payments upto Rs 4000 or less and when I try to make payment upto Rs. 4000 another unsuccessfull message comes that since your bill amount is 8220 hence NDPL would not accept anything less than Rs 8220. This site gives other options for online prepaid bill payment but when I tried to recharge my phone the site hangs. I have put ticket Ticket #371163 the resolution of this says I should fill correct details like customer name, billing date etc but while making payment the site only prompt for CA number which I filled. I put another ticket #372939 requesting them to refund the money because of the problem stated above no answer have come so far.
