I got my mobile number portability for Bharti Airtel authorized company the name is " One Point One Solutions Pvt. Ltd." Add: 339, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4 Gurgaon-122016(haryana) number is for Port . They took Rs 500 for the frst time recharge . It was a prepaid connection.. 2 days after i cancelled and told them to switch to postpaid connection, they told me that they will refund my Rs 500 ans switch my connection to postpaid .Now they are not refunding my Rs 500 and not picking up my call. and the executive to whom i have paid the money said that refund is not his work. Hey, My name is Ankit and I've had same experience with these pathetic people at one point one. I still haven't got the money back neither have they processed the porting request. Please, give me your contact details on [protected]@yahoo.co.in so that I can know if there's anyway to resolve this.
