What extra service they provide us that we don't know and they are charging Rs. 100/- per month.

I AM SANJEEV KUMAR GUPTA from JHARKHAND. MY BP CODE BP00081320 I have applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop as on 10 April 2009. According to this company I will get IRCTC CERTIFICATE with in 60 days but now it is about 10 month and yet I have not get my IRCTC CERTIFICATE. I am bearing a huge loss for which no one is willing to compensate. Whenever I call the OSS Helpline they say that the problem will be resolved very soon, But the time never comes

I am a Business partner of ONE STOP SHOP for the last 2 years. i have completed all the verification for the IRCTC booking, i got the id and password , i open my account with that but i can't book any ticket till now from the last 18 months. whenever i click to book system replies " YOUR BOOKING IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED, KINDLY KEEP IN TOUCH WITH CALL CENTER ". i call to call center , they said it is not provided by the irctc. But i know it is not true.
So, PLZ help me........

The One Stop Shop Company has totally fraud with me agains frenchisee for services of bill/train/air/Hotel booking etc.
But there is no any services in faridabad.i said to him for refund my fund. they tell me we will pay your fund very soon.
But they executives are left the company .and no any person to take the responsible places of him.
I have not use any services of them. I want to refund my money.
Have you any help me?????????

Dear Sir/Mam,
Im a Business Partner of One Stop Shop . I became their Business Partner on 05Feb2010 when the representative from their Authorized Channel Partner has informed me as i will get OSS Kit with E-token and Certificate from IRCTC for which he charged me RS 10000+2100(For E-token) = 12100/- . But till date no e-token or certificate from IRCTC is issued to my agency . Now when i calls One Stop Shop customer care people they give a recorded answer that its stopped from IRCTC so they cant provide it . If they cant provide the certificate and e-token then refund the amount which is charged from me .Thier Authorized Channel Partner says that the amount charged for E-token is already sent to OSS and cant be refunded from his end . Now tell me what would be the solution ? After getting no resultant since last 1yr and 7months im coming to consumer forum to help me for my refund. Now plz help me to get my refund back which is Rs2100/- .

I am running a One Stop Shop of BSNL a type of franchisee in Distt. Sirmour of H.P. I had done a topup sum of Rs. 500 on 6/9/2011 in the place of recharge after that I had call to Consumer Care they told me to send a SMS for wrong transaction and your amount will send you within 24 hours. I call them daily in the morning but they have only one answer that within 24 hours your money will be returned in your account. But today is[protected] and the money is not returned yet because the reason is that my language is not good. The BSNL Customer Care behavior is not so good. They don't cooperate their consumer even their retailers. From[protected] to[protected] I had talk to many CC Representatives and Sr. Supervisor but no action are taken by them at last they told me that your behavior is not good so we don't help you. Due to this conversation I dropped that business and let the customer suffer.

They all had the documents, but still they are not working on it and not any original certificates changed and not given to us. . They told we will give you by 20days but still no any response. .

Hello I am Anand Bedre, I have paid the company person of onestopshop a amount of Rs. 10, 000/- Cash on 5th of Feb. 2011 but till date my Railway ticket booking have not been started. When I called at customer of the company. They reply that they have not received the money. I have a receipt from the company executive that he have received the money. He says that the call center people are telling lies. I have attached the receipt of and the visiting card of the company person who collected the money. I was deposited Rs. 10010/- in OSS Retail Pvt. Ltd. ICICI Bank Lalghati Bhopal A/C No.[protected].
after this deposit i was call to Limit Dept for limit. Than they told me This is not a correct A/C for Limit. i was wrongly deposit Rs. 10010/- in this A/C.
But i know that this A/C already OSS Retails A/C.
After that I try to convince to all person in limit dept for solve my problem but unfortunate non of talk me co operative way ?
I was call so many time for help but every person not give me solution. I also send 7 Reminders to company. but no reply receive till date.
I also send 2 scan copy of deposit slips. one old & one latest.

Plz give me any solution. I am thankful to you.

i am the business partner of ONE STOP SHOP MY BP CODE -BP00052328,The Co has taken Rs 10000/- for railway licence but till date Co. had not given me the IRCTC licence,user id ,password for www.irctc.co.in And also deducting Rs 100 for the maintainance charge without any prior information on asking they are not replying positively.

This Company gave more commitment before payment (` 300000/-), when I had give payment, company is not answer there commitment. I ask my money, they not give answer properly.

1 .We are a IRCTC agent and we have got this service from One stop shop Business Partner Code is BP00052318 since more than 1 and half year but they most of the time not providing us suitable service and now we are not able to book any ticket due to technical problem since 2 months. When ever we make a call to Customer Care they are give us a time but remain the same while we have taken this agency by nonrefundable 10000 Rupees. so its our heartiest request to you please help us and do the need full.

2. From the month of november 2010, i have been levied a monthly charge of Rs. 100/- which will be continuing every month, I want to say that The person whose turn over is below 10000/- a month how can he give Rs. 100/- every month out of such a low margin. Like the customer comes in with his own wish , if we don't have customer then how will we survive in this field.
which , I thinks The Company also wants.
I want you people to rethink over this issue or many of our distributors will have to sacrifice their Rs. 10000/- deposited with you people (which is non refundable) otherwise also.
Also I want to say that , it will malign the image of your company more and more which is already not very good in the market. (unless you people are working for a big chance only) . I think it is a big step towards winding up .
It is not at all a wise decision . also I want to know what is this charge for . what super services we are getting from your side. we have invested , we are working, we provide credit to our customers. There is no support from your side . not even a billboard. and now this Rs. 100/- tax every month.

I talked to Mr. Jaspreet (owner of where we get value in our account) he just said it will be like this from now on.

Is this some kind of Dictatorship or what. whatever you say , have to be done.

Sorry sir, at least I am not ready to work with a company which is accomplishing its goals by stepping on its own distributors. De-spite of giving some advantages you people are surviving over the hardwork of your own distributors. . If this is so, then i want to remind you that this company is not going to be any where from now on.

I had booked ticket (OSS Ticket No - [protected]) through One Stop Shop for 2 people from Nasik to Mumbai. The details of ticket are mentioned below:

From: Nasik, To: Mumbai by Dolphin Travel House
Boarding time: 11:55 PM

First at 10 PM, we had called Dolphin office for the actual boarding point. We told about our reservation, but they denied for any such reservation. We called One Stop Shop customer care and they told that they would get back in 10 minutes. In the mean time, we also called owner of Dolphoin Mr. Siddique and apprised him about the situation. He also promised to confirm in 10 minutes.

When no one called in next 30 min, we called to the Dolphin office directly and checked about the situation. They confirmed that the Bus had left and there was no seat available for us. We called the OSS office and there was no response. We called Mr. Siddique but he did not reply our call.

However when we called on another no in dolphin office, they said that they we have seats in Bus No 9108. To confirm this, we again called OSS customer care but there was no response. When we called from different no, a person recieved the call and as soon as we told that we are facing this problem, he disconected the call. We were in terrible situation.

We waited on road till 2:45 AM and found that there was no seat available in the bus. When we called Mr. Siddiqui again, his reply was:"Manage the situation. Get any vehicle and come to Mumbai or just wait there if there is any bus of Dolphi, you can enter but there will be no seat for you." When we told him about the legal consequences he said in abusive language "**** tu jo kar sakta hai kar, kuch bhi nahi hoga". He kept on using this abusive language. We were shocked. As a management student from India's Best B-School, I have this previlege to meet the best known CEOs and politicians and we all discussed till date how Indian services sector is booming.

It was 3:00 AM nd we had no clue what to do. We kept on trying the OSS office but there was no reply. From Dolphin side, if the owner talks in this sense, there is no point talking to someone else.

I have taken legal route by lodging a case against One Stop Shop and we are going to lodge a complaint in consumer court. It was the responsibility of One Stop Shop to ensure the validity of ticket. We will make sure that the fraudulent operations of this company comes into the picture and we are going to launch a campaign through social media as well. With the help of prominent activists, we will contact NGOs working against injustice to consumers and we would definitely make sure that this company does not cheat anyone again.

ONE STOP SHOP should either STOP cheating people or change their name to ONE STOP CHEAT SHOP.

I had taken the Business Partner Code from OSS RETAILS PVT. LTD. in December 2009.
I was promised to be provided with rail ticket booking agency through their so called website (www.railticketonline.com) and also an agency via ETOKEN by which I can book railway etickets directly from www.irctc.co.in I have not received any ETOKEN till today i.e. 1st september 2010.
The website of OSS (www.railticketonline.com) IS ALSO down for more than last one and half months. So I cannot book a single rail ticket for the above mentioned period.
I am bearing a huge loss for which no one is willing to compensate. Whenever I call the OSS Helpline they say that the problem will be resolved very soon, But the time never comes.
I donot know where to complain about this CHEAT COMPANY. I even do not know how the Government is allowing this company to cheat thousands of people in this country.
A question is arising in my mind that " Is the Governmeent also involved in this Scam" If so then as a POOR INDIAN I humbly beg to the People of this country to choose a new Government for us as this Government is unable to secure our Fundamental Rights. If the Government is not involved which I truely believe I humbly forward a request to the Government and the Related Bodies to look into the matter and take very stern and quick action against these Fraud Companies so that they cannot cheat thousands more.
