One97 Communications — About my recent transaction

Hello, i made a payment to nykaa on july 13th of rs.4, 059.29. But, the order was not placed. So, i checked with the nykaa team, they replied me by saying they haven't received any payment from me and asked me to check with ecom-one97 communications. So, can that be checked please.
