I have raised refund request via the Ticket:[protected] for my refund along with long due of another refund via ticket Ticket:[protected] but paytm help and support is not helping at all. the stop responding.

I created another ticket[protected] with issue on Jan 20, 2026 and than auto chat respond that an agent will assign but still no response.

Please help me out here....

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I, Arya Rajan Karat writing this letter to bring to your notice that one of Paytm transactions of amount Rs. 6334.24, dated 8 November 2023 which was not done by me, and amount was deducted from my account without my knowledge.

I would also like to mention that the said amount was debited from my savings account of Indian Bank Thalassery branch. The payment was made in the name of M/S ONE97...

I booked a flight on 30th September'23
Because of medical emergency I had to cancel the flight. An refund of 13749 was initiated to one 97 communication limited paytm. But till now I haven't received any refund or update regarding the same. My pnr number is same as reference number QZVNPN. The reference number for refund given by indigo airlines is[protected]. It's really unprofessional that no one is helping neither I am able to contact...

I have paid all my dues to Paytm postpaid but the same has not been shown in my cibil, that is severely hampering my cibil score.

My CIBIL is showing that the RS 4000 personal loan has been taken as on 31st May 2022 and nil repayment has been done, however I have made the payment of June and July bill as well and the account is also closed.

Further as per the terms and condition of the Paytm postpaid services...

I was paying electricity bill through paytm and net banking on 13 February, 2022. However, the bill was not paid and an amount of Rs. 54690 was debited from bank account.

Recenlty, on Jan 12th i got a call and person hacked my phone while explaining different schemes and did transfer of 1.5 Lac. I would request you to please refund the complete amount.

On the 27th November at 9:11am Rs 500 has been cuted from my Paytm account without my permission and it is transferred to the One97 Cammunication L and it was debited from me but I never use my debit card because I don't have it's just digital on Paytm

So please sir I kindly beg you to return my amount it's too much important for me

I am Jyoti Barat Chattopadhyay dated 29/08/2021 my sbi account has debit transfer to INB One97 communication Ltd rupees 2000/-, but this such transaction I had not done. So please rectify this and refund money to my Bank Acount as early.
