[Resolved]  One97 Communications — Money stuck in fixed Deposit which was made automatically by the paytm app owned by one 97 communications

I have a paytm Banks account I usually don't store large amount of money in this account, but few days ago I put some money above the limit set for automatic fixed deposit auto sweep feature, and the money above the limit had been automatically put into the fixed deposit. And the Issue is I am not able to withdraw the money to break the fixed deposit in paytm app. It continuously shows error :- "An a redemption is already in progress so can't process the required amount ...". I have tried contacting paytm service care but the don't have technical information's thus they aren't able to help me out in this issue. I have also tried there help portal and there response mostly is we will get back to you in "2 - 3 working days". I am in desperate need of the money I can't wait that long its already fourth day since this issue has started. They aren't giving me any concrete response if they are working on the issue or not. I only receive what seems to feel like automated bot replies from there end regarding the issue. It would be swell if I could talk to a real human who has technical and inside details regarding the issue.
