One97 Communications — adding money in paytm wallet regarding

My paytm number is [protected]. On nov 4th, i added a amount of rs 1818 from my union bank account to my paytm account ([protected]).
The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the money has not been added in my paytm account.
Please take care of this issue as soon as possible.

I paid amount of rs 680 via paytm gateway to schwabe pvt limited but the amount is not transfered to them.but to you and you havenot fotwardedit😢😡
