One97 Communications — amount deducted on failed transaction during irctc booking

On[protected] i was booking a tatkal ticket from gurgaon to udaipur. During transaction a message 'please wait' was being displayed after waiting for some minutes i received a message from my uco bank account (Exact time: 12:27:09) informing that the transaction was successful but in the app 'server timed out' message was displayed. So i restarted the app only to find that my booking was failed. Total amount deducted was ₹485. Please look into this issue asap.
