One97 Communications — Amount transferred for fastag recharge not added into fast tag account

Dear service provider on the 9th of Nov 2020 I transferred an amount of Rs 4000 for recharge of Fast Tag.
Amount from my account have been transferred to One97 Communications.
However recharge to Fast Tag of
SK01PA5983 is not done.
Given below is the reference number.
