                My self soorya L, I booked a train ticket via IRCTC by paytm on 28/8/2021 and deduct my money of 2425 from my account then I cancelled that ticket on 12/9/2021 . But deducted money that not come to my account. I contact to irctc they tells that they have refund that money on 13/9/2021.they sent money to one97communication limited, but money not come to my account of money deducted. The settlement id is. [protected].bank refund id is. [protected].pnr number is [protected], paytm no. [protected].

                          Today i, e on 19.10.2021 I had transferred Rs 100018.88 from my act no. X9101 to One97 Comm Ref. IGAMGDGAX4 however, though the money has been deducted but the transaction is shown as REJECTED from the Payee site i.e erp.mitwpu.edu.in

                          Please dot the needful at the earliest so that I could resubmit the fee

                              Hi, I tried applying for a loan via the app phone loan and they claimed to be working for one97 communications.
                              After chatting with the customer care executive Sourav Chakraborty, he assured me that I have been approved for a loan of 1lakh which was also reflected on the app.
                              There was a service charge of 10% out of which I needed to pay 5% to activate the money. I foolishly paid 5000 and now the money was showing to be activated and ready to be transferred to my account. But then the executive requested for remaining 5000 for successful transfer of the approved amount to my account.
                              This was suspecious and I tried calling him several times but he did not pickup, and finally he called after I threatened with a complaint, turns out he is not even indian had the Nigerian accent.. I got scammed for 5000 rs.. please be aware.

                                I have all proof of SMS. Also registered complaint to cyber crime and police FIR.

                                1300 ruppes is added to gst account as a tax . From one 97 communication center. It is a fraud and taking money from people. 650 ruppes tax on 12.4.2022 and 650 ruppes tax on 7.05.2022. please refund my money back. Otherwise I will file a fir against you or cyber crime complain against one 97 communication.
