Dear SIr

There is fraud of Rs, 542.80 via transaction no. [protected] dated 16.09.2021 made by my credit card via Paytm PAYUIB mode. I had made a payment to One97 communications Ltd for the order of product, after payment there is SMS receive via PAYUIB that Rs. 542.80 receive to KALUBHAI BATUKBHAI KATARIYA from PAYU Team.

Now till date nor even product receive nor even my money ...
Kindly help and resolve ... please call my money back please.

Updated by VermaYP Complaint for unauthorised transaction was booked today 1 hr back how is it possible that its showing RESOLVED ?

    I made a payment on 1 Aug 2021 of Rs/- 9721 through UPI but it got failed and money had been debited from my account and it haven't refunded so far. I waited 45 days but no refund. Please help me to fix it.

      My sbi account was debiting without my involvement.I have not received any otp or messages regarding these transactions.A total of Rs.56, 000/- has been debited from my account.The transaction details shows debited by ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LNOIDA .I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

          Good morning sir,

          My name is Pendyala Narsing Rao. I am 81 years old currently residing in Hyderabad, Telangana. I am not very efficient with online banking. Today my relative showed me a transaction that took place on 12-Jan-2021 wherein an amount of INR 467.90 was deducted from my State Bank savings account. This amount was deducted by PayTM Payments Bank fraudulently. I am not aware of doing this transfer by myself. Please do justice in this regard. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

          Good morning sir, I had taken help from another relative to take up subscription of Sun TV (Sun Nxt) app. The payment was made using PayTM. Today I was discussing this with that relative and reminded me of the payment to the app. When I cross checked, the dates and time it are matching. My apologies sir for the inconvenience.             I had booked two tickets from Paytm IRCTC but they got cancelled. The amount was deducted twice from my account . Also there was no refund for anything. I want the amount to be refunded.

              Hello everyone, i worked in one97 Communications Limited (Paytm) as a post of Field Sales Executive but the company didn't provide me the salary and when i talk on this topic to my TL he just simply blocked me and didn't respond to that so Paytm is a big name but for Field executive there are no portal where they can get the help and as they share me the salary will be credited to my account but they didn't do that yet and i worked in one97 Communications Limited (Lucknow vikash khand ) so please be aware with this as the team and management are worst no one help you and TL name is Aftab alam. He didn't provided me the solution of this as i worked under his team and burn my fuel of approx 1000 rs during the field sales job .

                    I want to refund my money as you have wrongly deducted the amount from my credit card. Amount is 4683/-deducted on 24/08/2021 from credit card no 9248 ( last Dixit).

                    I want also deactivate the plan from my credit card as soon as possible.

                        I am Jyoti Barat Chattopadhyay dated 29/08/2021 my sbi account has debit transfer to INB One97 communication Ltd rupees 2000/-, but this such transaction I had not done. So please rectify this and refund money to my Bank Acount as early.

                        Amount debited but not received to beneficiary and not refunded back in my bank account

                          Hi, I made a transaction of Rs 40 on 17th Aug 2021 to merchant Maa Ambey, Meerut. The amount has been debited from my end but it wasn't credited at merchant's end. So I had to pay additional RS 40 cash as well.

                          I am unable to add screenshots for the error message file is too large. However the image file is under 4 mb which is way smaller than maximum allowed 32 mb.

                                I regret to state that this is the first time I'm hearing the name of this company. On the 17th of this month an otp number has appeared in my mobile which I have not seen because I have not asked for any transactions on that day. An amount has been fraudulently taken through my credit card. Surprisingly I have not conveyed this otp back, because I had not asked for it, and inspite of that the amount is gone. Today while doing another payment I happened to see this otp and on checking my credit card statement I find that this amount is also included. Kindly help
