I regret to state that this is the first time I'm hearing the name of this company. On the 17th of this month an otp number has appeared in my mobile which I have not seen because I have not asked for any transactions on that day. An amount has been fraudulently taken through my credit card. Surprisingly I have not conveyed this otp back, because I had not asked for it, and inspite of that the amount is gone. Today while doing another payment I happened to see this otp and on checking my credit card statement I find that this amount is also included. Kindly help

I had made payment of rs 4366 on3/6/2021 through my credit card of hdfc bank last digits of credit card is 3955. I want to know for what i made payment. Moreover I registered my complain with hdfc bank. They have written that i have paid for some school and education services. I don’t remember any such service for which i made payment. Kindly provide me with details. My name is jaydeep mehta. Meanwhile all my payments to your organisation through this credit card has been blocked and I cannot make any payment. So atleast release my credit card. Whom to contact in your organisation? Pl help me with some number.

I have facing the continue OTP issue while include the amount in paytm wallet. Please check and do the needful.

On July 19th an amount of 1.42L debited from my SBI savings account in 02 transaction.
Please refund my money to my account ASAP.
I have already launch complain about this transaction.

When i cleared postpaid amount in full, immediately my CIBIL got updated with new account as ARTHIMPACT stating some outstanding and there is no such transactions with my account there by impacting bad CIBIL Score.

CIBIL Should control this kind of account updates to help consumers. It doesn't make sense to collect subscription amount from consumer with out proper updating.
