Dear Team,
I have paid online a sum of Rs.300 towards recharge of my dish tv VC number [protected] on 21.3.2020 through your recharge service, but it does not get recharged for the reason not known to me.
Afterwards, I have tried contacting Dish TV several times but could not get through. Post lockdown on my mail they have suggested me to contact you as I have still not get the refund of that Rs.300.
I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Screenshot of my bank account statement is attached.
