I had paid tution fees 25/2/2022 around 3.15pm through Paytm postpaid but my amount is successfully completed as shown in my Paytm app but reciever not received the amount till now already 7 days completed I raised the complaint in Paytm app but they are not responding so I am kindly requesting to resolve my problem either amount not refunded to my account or transfer to the receiver account

Hi Team,
On 07-Feb-2023, I just missed the payment of PayTM Postpaid by just only 30-40 minutes after midnight 23:59 pm due to some family Issue i.e. my mother was hospitalized and in serious condition.

But immediately paid total amount within 30-40 mins when I was free from the Hospital emergency and from conversation of doctors.
As one-time exception, all other Bank and Credit line service companies provide the waiver of late fee. But here due to medical emergency PayTm One97 Communications is not providing the Late Fee Waiver.
This situation can happen with anyone. But here PayTm or One97 Communications taking advantage and only trying to make money without understanding the customer's problem, at least once. I am using Paytm since last 11-12 years.
I have never seen this kind of worst service of PayTm or One97 Communications.
I think in this case customers should avoid using PayTM Postpaid and PayTM services.

Sir still didn't receive refund amount for my IRCTC amount

I have booking to train ticket through their Paytm postped. The amount got debited INR.616.47 from my Paytm postped but train ticket not confirm & ticket cancelled & train ticket cancellation Refund debited by one97 communications limited .

I have made a payment of rs 9166.17 through Paytm from my axis bank credit card ending 4639 on 5th of January'2023 to AirForce school barrackpore but payment got failed and I got a message from Paytm that my payment got failed and I will get back the payment back to my credit card within 7 working days but still now I have not got the refund from Paytm...plz help me

I had made a payment of rs 9166.17 through Paytm from my axis bank credit card ending 4639 on 5th of January'2023 and the payment got failed then I got a message from Paytm to my registered mobile number about the failed transaction with a ORDER ID and there also stated that I will get back the payment back to my credit card within 7working days but after repeatedly complaining and requesting to Paytm they have not refunded the amount till now... Plz help

I was resigning from one communication before 6 months ago and I am clearing my all dues and all devices handover to Mr.vaibhav Dixit..but still I am not received my full and final settlement from company.please see this whole matter and revert back me as soon as possible..

I tried to buy a Washing machine (TL - REW 6.5 kg Aqua) from www.ifbappliances.com. online transaction on 17/01/2023 through their website but payment gateway is Paytm. But after payment, order was failed and money deducted from my credit card. Also not updated on website. So I request you to immediately solve the issue.

The matter is I have a paytm merchant account through which i accept payment from my customers and the total amount collected today is credited tomorrow to my bank account.On 22 sep 2022 I had a total collection of 33541 Rs It credited twice to my bank account on 23 sep 2022 as you can see in bank statement i have sharedin pdf. Then on 23 sep 2022 I had total collection of 23550 Rs which is not sattled to my bank account then again on 24 sep 2022 I had a total collection of 10289 Rs but I only received 289 In bank account.
Then on 26 sep 2022 the amount 33541 which was credited twice reversed by bank to Paytm. So i want from paytm that they should credit my 33541 with compensation to my account.

Dear sir my Paytm account is blocked, i follow all step unblocked and send all verify documents that submitted on kyc time, but my unblocked request rejected, please sir resolve my issue

I lost so many amount of money from 29/7/2021 through my bank account to now.
If i credit any amount of money it will get debited on the spot.
When i check with the bank they give me this detail about one97 communications company through which am losing the money.

So kindly please credit back to my bank account the lost money.

I have submitted my Reques/Intimation Letter to Hon'ble Nodal Officer of PAYTM few months ago asking time to pay the outstanding as soon as possible.

I am receiving Paytm Postpaid every month with added interest for the month and late fees. I am ready to pay all amount without any waivers.

But collection agents of Paytm TORTURING ME from DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS and SEVERAL TIMES in EVERYDAY.

This leads me FRUSTRATED and DELAY in arrangements for funds and affects my daily life in all ways.

I have attached TODAY's case only sir.

If you allow, I will attach screenshots daily for those tortures.

Yesterday, Tuesday 20 December 2022, an amount of Rs 10.79 was debited to my credit card while I was booking an Uber taxi. I fail to understand the reason and want my money back.

Sir, on 17/12/2022 I tried to pay my college fee through Paytm app via Karnataka Bank netbanking but during my transaction my bank account was debited for an amount of Rs. 1, 88, 720 /- but transaction failed. Till date I haven't received my refund .

I got a call customer support and under their guildlines their transaction is happenad and later i recoginsed quickly it is fraud and i tired contact the customer support but still their no responese from the one97 communcations.
i did not purchase or transferred the amount to one97 communications but it is happend on 28/11/2022 of amount 20360/-

so irequest to you plase considet the complaint and refunded the my amount back .

I got a call from a person of your customer and fraud transaction is happend through my credit card of amount 20360/-on 28/11/2022, but I was not done by me and I have not purchased anything from one97 communications .
I am trying to reach through customer support but there is no response from your side.
So, please consider my request get an investigate and send my money return back.
