I got message today that there is 980 Rs. debited by One97 communication from my axis bank, same i validated in my axis bank and its showing 980Rs debited today 13-Nov'2024 at 2.PM IST around.

I couldn't see any details in my UPI apps (paytm and gpay) which i use regularly.

i wanted to know in which account my 980Rs gone, and need refund for that as seems it FRAUD

I didnt get customer care number on One97 Communications.

I am a paytm business account holder.
My customer sent me 29000 on 13 march to my business account on paytm.
The money was settled in my account on 14march 5:00am by Account of axis bank belonging to One97 communications.
I had to return money back to customer from my business account So I selected the option send back on transaction page, on 14 march 8:00 am hence money was sent back to one97 communications (axis bank account) instead of my customer.
Also the paytm bank was suspended after some days so i havent got any money back in source account
This one97 being a third party between me and customer has laundered my money.
I want my money back

I am using paytm's merchant account for last one year around. I am a small grocery shop owner but now my shop is closed. I had contacted paytm 6-7 time but they aren't closing my paytm merchant account. Whenever someone is sending me money on paytm they will credit that money into my merchant account and debit my paytm box's due. Even i am not using that box. And i don't want to use there merchant account. Because of this i got thousands of rupees loss. They are fraud don't know why they aren't closing my paytm merchant account. I am in a very depression because of this if i got any mental health issue than paytm has to pay me. And than i will file a proper court case. I got thousands of rupees loss because of paytm. Because they aren't closing my merchant account. And also i want refund of my all deductions.

I have cancelled a flight ticket of Indigo on 08.11.2023. But still today I have not received the refund from Paytm ( One97 Communications). There is no response from customer care to the tickets I have raised in their app. Moreover, there is no customer service executive with whom I can talk to resolve the issue. Its been 19 days from the cancellation, still no response from Paytm.

I request you to provide me reversal immediately for my transaction failed but amount got deducted from my account. On Nov 4th 2023, at 9:26PM.

Details:
1. I was paying my Paytm Postpaid bill amount of Rs. 7999.37/- by paytm app mode of transaction Net Banking. I gave login credentials and gave OTP.
2. The PAYMENT GOT DEDUCTED by bank, but TRANSACTION FAILED.
3. I made no.of attempts to raise a request for amount reversal. I contacted and got this email Id from paytm grievance Officer on call, he asked to give pan no. And screenshots of both failed transaction and amount got debited.

I attached THE SCREENSHOTS OF the same please do the needful as soon as possible, I have to pay the paytm postpaid bill to email: care.[protected]@adityabirlacapital.com. Reference number: CAS[protected]W9Q5N5.

Rs. 48000 fraud transaction from my credit card by one97 communication

This is to inform you that i have purchased a fastag for my car and payment has been made already but it has not been delivered yet.On calling in customer support they are are saying that it has been shipped but while on tracking it is showing the product is yet to be shipped "Order getting packed".Its being a week when the order is placed and we are about to take a car outside the city.Is what we expect from such a renowned company that they we delay the delivery even after payment.On talking to customer care they does not provide any support and i would like to cancel my order.When the purpose is not filled then what is the point of ordering from such Renowned Company.Why you people makes fool to innocent customers with your offers and fake promises.I have not expected such services from Paytm.No customer support, no mail id nothing is given to customer, only chat box at paytm with few predefined questions are provided what if the customer is having anything new issue ...have you people ever concern with customer satisfaction I think never ever you are concerned with it.

Payment I got yesterday in my Paytm bank account through settlement isn't correct.i tried to contact Paytm helpline number but was unable.please solve this issue ASAP otherwise I have to complain in consumer court.i attached screenshot of sender and money I received.

My paytm Post paid limit was 10000 and i was not able to pay the amount because of hospitalization and 31st May i have paid 6500 balance I have to pay 5485 rs. but recovery agenst asked bme to opay balance on 7th June itself otherwise my file will move to field .Then i informed that on or befor 30th June I will clear the dues. For delayed payment they have charged 1198 Rs. Finance charges . Today I have received message they will block my UPI and i cant use UPI and auto debit also will happen. So i jjust want to know did paytm have the authority to block my UPI .

My post paid limit is 10000 .Because of hospitalization I was not able to pay Postpaid bill on time so they charges 1985.63 Rs.
And on 31st May i have paid 6500 I informed them that balance 5485.63 i will pay on or before this month end but the collection agent is asking to pay today 7th of June itself and on 7th I have received whatsapp message that My UPI will block earliest and i cant use anymore and auto debit will happen from my UPI.

first they send message without name of the financial institution or from where they are messaging.

Its a harassment only.

I resigned on 15/12/2023 from Paytm company as Group Leader with Proper 15 Days notice period and at that time My Inventory was 0 which means Every assets ( including Soundbox Unmapped & Available Devices )was returned to company by me .

Stil i got a mail from HR team that i have an outstanding amount of Rs 2045 /- against me as recovery and now i have to pay it back to company for issuance of my relieving letter .
