Sir, I gave the ticket on 4 February, Amritsar Express 12488 from Kochi to Jalandhar City, the train number in which my money was deducted and I have not yet returned or the ticket was not available, I am writing Transaction ID below.

    On 10/1/2020 one97comminications had debited 2000rs from my debit card.so pls refund the amount. I called stylose customer care one mank ask me the debit card no and all other details i gave him and he withdrawn fraudly from my account pls help

      On 20/12/2019 i have paid prepaid jio recharge rs 399 from my saving account through one97 communication ltd but recharge not successful. But amount already deducted from my account.       There is a deduction of Rs5.00 everyday stating THANK YOU FOR DOWNLOADING SPORTS FROM ONE97.I have NEITHER SUBSCRIBED NOR DOWNLOADED ANYTHING FROM ONE97 COMMN.

        The ticket number is 23818791.
        Transactions of 24th december were not settled in my bank account. I called many time to paytm customer service. https://tinyurl.com/vpmoqg6 they couldn't help me. They suggested me wait on 25th december. Then the day has gone. After that i called they requested me to wait on 26th december. The day is over. Now they couldn't tell anything about my transaction. I worry about my money. No email id, no customer service, no higher authority. Very much worry about my money. No one s

        I can't wait for settle the amount. Because i'm worried about my money. I have no trust on paytm customer service support team who doesn't help this tiny problem and hold my issue by day to day without doing proper action.

        They even can't raise a complaint. Just a Telecaller they just listen and reading the sentences whatever display was shown.

          I was booking movie tickets from paytm today morning for me, my wife and kid. Tried to pay (Rs 570.18) for these three tickets through paytm but the transaction failed (Screenshot attached), tried again to make the payment (Rs 570.18) through paytm which failed again with same error message (Screenshot attached). Third time, i tried through my debit card and was successful. Requested paytm on their customer support helpdesk & phone line (Both) to refund my money for the first 2 failed transactions (For which they deducted money through my paytm wallet) which they denied.

            Fraud person named priya sharma called me and told that my axis bank reward points for my credit card will be changed to cash amount. She then made 3 transactions worth 21500 from my credit card using one97 communications. I have blocked my card immediately but transactions occurred. I did not do any transaction using one97 communications. I am using neo credit card.

            Please refund.

            Today morning @11am the amount of ₹359 is debited from my axis bank account from your side. I dont know the reason please tell what reason should you are charge foe this. Without any precautions.

              I made an pizza order with the help of paytm for a sum of 299rupees. But the amount got debited from my bank account but i didn't get my order placed.in turn i received a message as xxx456rs.299.00 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 13/12/19 13:07 at one97 communication lt pune from ac:xxx457602. Bal:216.71 cr. I tried contacting you people but i couldn't reach you i dropped several mails and raised tickets still no response from your side. So what am i supposed to do with this. Should i wait to hear from you or can i proceed by reaching the cops?

              It showed 4000 has debited from my sbi account from one97 communications in aug and sep but no refund has occurred i have not debited them then again in nov 2000 has debited what is happening i can't understand. Whoever debited it i want my money back.

                  Unauthorized charges has been debited from my bank bank account (A/c no. :[protected]) without my consent. Wanted to understand the reason behind such charges being deducted from my account. From my bank statement i understood that an amount of rs.248,
                  +307+444 has been debited totally at multiple transactions. Request you to take a look at this and revert to me at the earliest.

                    I have already raised a complaint a month ago to customer care regarding unauthorised deductions of ₹5/- on receiving call from random numbers starting 815... but to no avail. Without consent of customer, company has been calling repeatedly on daily basis. Once you pickup the call you end up getting a sms stating ₹5/- has been deducted owing to sports download from One97 which I haven’t opted or subscribed till date.
                    Customer care gave me a number to dial 545454 to deactivate but again to no avail. Kindly stop this nuisance and loot with immediate effect
