Dear Sir,
I selected debit card while booking train ticket. Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked. I got error like rejected by bank. And the the bank name is paytm m. I can see in my bank transactions that its deducted for one 97 communication.
There were two instructions, refund is intiated by irctc for one transaction. Please check the attached screenshot...

    19 march2019 910.98rs got deducted from my central bank debit card no - ([protected]) account no -[protected] form make tatkal ticket for irctc side but ticket not booked and amount will deducted my debit card rs-910.98. Transaction id: [protected] number. Sir after deducted my money. I received a massage for your end (Your debit card x3993 used on ecom at one97 communication limdelhi dlin for rs 910.98. After pass 6 days i have not refund yet please do something and return back my money we wait for 144 hrs but did not refund please

    I have booked my flight ticket on march 17th through paytm and the payment was done using upi ID and my flight ticket was booked but because of some issues my flight was cancelled but i didn't get my refund.           This is about Postpaid transaction in Paytm Account. While i paid Rs.200 was deducted from my postpaid account to the merchant KUMAR SERVICE STATION, CHAULIAGANJ, CUTTACK. But the denied that the same amount has not been recieved at their end. When I contacted with Paytm, they told me that the transaction has been successful. But till now my problem has not been solved.

            I have booked a tatkal train ticket from kanpur to bhadrak for 18 mar 19 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but rupees 2146.11 debited from my hdfc credit card ending 5811 but still not refunded.

                I got an offer of getting redmi note 5 pro for 100 rs... But after paying the amount I didn't receive the order placed successfully message. For your reference I have attached the screen shot of payment details. If it is fake refund the amount.

                  I tried to book a tatkal ticket from delhi (Nzm) to bhopal (Bpl) through irctc.

                  The amount got deducted from my bank account saying rupees 500.00 paid to one97 communication but the ticket was not booked. Below is the message from bank...

                    Yesterday some of the amount had debited in my account without my knowledge. I got a confirmation statement from kotak bank. The payment had debited by one97 communications, noida 130319. Still i had not purchased any product from your company. I'm totally confused how is it possible such a things happened?. I have attached my bank statement for your easy reference. Let me know if you need any clarifications.

                      I had recieved a call from a no. They told our from bank and asked to pay bill using rewards points. I dont know fron where they got my no.and details they used my money from my sbi credit card of 9499 total kindly look into it and refund my money.                         My complaint is about deducting money in POS-ONE97 Communication.The problem is that I was adding money in my paytm account.So while adding money in the paytm wallet it doesnt added it got added in Pos-one97 communication.                             Today on 9th mar'19 at 10 am sharp i was trying to book a tatkal ticket via irctc app. The amount total was rs.4351.47.
                            I used the debit card option (Debit card ending 5737) and one97 communication became the payment gateway. The payment failed to process and the booking was not done. However my money got debited.
                            Please work on my refund asap. I have already informed irctc, my bank and now informing you.

                                I paid money to pharmacy easy and still not received cashback offer 150 rupees in my wallet i had shared screenshot also but they are demanding now when you applied code we need that screenshot how this is possible to take the screenshot for all small small payment i paid money from paytm wallet you can check and give me cash back offer unnecessary they are waisting the time of customers and erritate and frastat also.                                   Please return my money which was transferred to your company by mistake. I was trying to add rs.1500 to my paytm wallet on (02.03.2019) but due to some technical error my payment is not proceeding but after few tries, one payment is successfully done. But later when i check my bank (Sbi) mini statement i found that. From my debit card... 510372*296
