      Pubg elite pass cost 600uc (600uc = rs799).
      On paytm discount column i found pubg elite pass discounted with bonus 150 uc. So, thrusting it i enter the webpage and after finishing the process they say you have successfully done the elite pass but when i check nothing changed it was still 0uc. Please help me refund my balance i am a new account holder.

        On 21 feb i was booking a train ticket from haridwar to mumbai via paytm which was of (₹1710) but after entering all the details the status shown was booking failed but my account was debited of ₹1710. Again on the second attempt i successfuly booked my tickets for ₹1700.
        But in all i received a message from my bank account about 3 transactions of 1710 and one of 1700...
        One from the failed paytm transaction which has been processed for refund other for the successful booking of my ticket and the other one which it is showing is of one97 communication limdelhi dlin.
        Initially my balance was 11234.74 which changed to 7824.74 after two transactions from paytm and successful booking
        And then finally to 6124.74 after ₹1700 transaction from one97 communications
        Also in my paytm orders for failed tickets, only 1700 of first failed transaction is being shown and i cannot makeout the other for the 1700 transaction by one97 communications

        The first failed booking refund of ₹1710 has been initiated by paytm. But the other 1700 by
        One97 communications is not being shown in my order history of paytm.

        As i don't know how the amount was transferred. So kindly solved it as soon as possible and kindly give my money rs.455 back.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on feb 14 at 11:07 am. Last week, but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1011.03) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications and i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
          I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..

          "alert: you've spent rs.1011.03 on credit card xx7951 at one97 communications l on[protected]:11:07:19."

          For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and my bank message which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications.

          I have canclled the ticket pnr no [protected] on 6 feb 2019 but i have not got the refund amount and irctc have given the reference no[protected] and massege showing that they have setteled the amount of refund of Rs 1210.00 kindly look in the matter as soon as possible.

            1)First I sent Rupees 5016.52 for my sons tuition fees studying in Chaitanya school through my SBI account. Payment process not success but Amount debited from my account and not credited into my customer account. Pl quickly credit my money back as I needed it urgently.

            2)second time I again sent the money. That is successful.

            3)pl. Credit my money back for the failed first transaction.

            Reply and quick action will be highly appreciated.

                fraud using digital wallet

                Myself Shrikant dubey, there has been a case with me. Someone called me saying that they are from bank and want to block our credit card which we wanted to do, they started asking bank details and we replied and after an hour around 37, 000rs through credit card and around 20, 000rs through our sbi account using One97 Communication L Noida In(paytm). Kindly help us by investigating the incident and help us getting our money back...

                  I have ordered a medicine in pharmacy and apply for online payment by card but payment has done for you not for pharmacy rs 372... Refund back to me... I got massage from sbi that i have purchased of rs372 at one97 communication li... I contacted to pharmacy so conformed that no online payment is done... So i kindly request you please respond to me...

                      When i'm trying to book train ticket through credit card, it sends an one time password and the amount got debited from my account and the ticket is not booked. Once, i saw the ticket is not booked, i have gone through the my account statement. It shows the amount will be debited for one97 communication pos debited. Please resolve my issue and refund the money back.

                          Why you are deducted 1000rs... Transaction i'd is s8424877... Plzz give this money... How can u deducted any rs from account without permission??? What is the purposse, i cannot join this type of website one97 then how can u add me without permission and deducted miney... Till now u can transfer money in my account otherwise i will take action against u... And plzz give this information why u are deducted money...,

                              I have registered paytm merchant wit 13 digit bank account number by mistake which is invalid, but paytm saying its valid. It should be 14 digit. They are not refunding the amount after regular follow up also. I am serious issue. I have been in regular follow up. Initially they told to wait & some executive told its will be reverted back. But now they are saying its transferred. How its possible with invalid account number if i ask. They are just telling its transferred. Its not possible means also they are not agreeing.

                                Hello this is mathen. I lost my device on 18/1/19 on friday. Some one made four transactions in my paytm account. The total money is rs7000. I have made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transaction took on my paytm account and its more than ten days. I have given all the information to them but tilll now i didn't receive any mail and i need them to refund my money back to my account. Thank you

                                    amount is auto debited by one97 communications

                                    I have noticed last month from my bank account, credit cards particular amount was auto debited without my knowledge which linked in Paytm account because in my transaction history shows the amount debited by One97 communication.
                                    This month I have deleted the account and card details from Paytm. Amount is not debited this month.

                                    I have attached the file with list of dates and amount debited.

M. but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1340.98) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.

                                    "thank you for using your sbi debit card 510xxxxxx for a purchase worth
                                    rs 1340.98 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 027122. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"
                                    For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and yonosbi transaction history and SMS received which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.

                                    How many times we can face this kind of problem from one 97 communication. I have to going to Surat urgently now how can i reach Surat on time. I want my railway ticket confirmation or want money as soon as possible.
                                    I booked a railway ticket on 30/01/2019 via irctc app..A transaction of 127.66 was made which was credited to one 97 communication and my ticket was not booked..when i checked the card transactions the amount is debited fron my a/c..
