A fraudster calling from sbi debit card department inform me that i don't have micro chip debit card and take all my details and use it for his personal transaction dated on 12/03/2019.

I got an offer of getting redmi note 5 pro for 100 rs... But after paying the amount I didn't receive the order placed successfully message. For your reference I have attached the screen shot of payment details. If it is fake refund the amount.
Hi today noon time some of the money has debited in my account without my knowledge by one97 communication..I got a confirmation message from my bank... This was done by you... Still I don't have any communication relationship you and me...
What is this nonsense...let me know.. I want money back in my account.. Help me..

    I tried to book a tatkal ticket from delhi (Nzm) to bhopal (Bpl) through irctc.

    The amount got deducted from my bank account saying rupees 500.00 paid to one97 communication but the ticket was not booked. Below is the message from bank...

    Rs. 500.00 spent on card xx7093 on 14-03-19, 11:04:53 at one97 communication li, delhi. Avl bal rs x, 8xx.28.

    Please resolve this issue. I want my refund as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      Yesterday some of the amount had debited in my account without my knowledge. I got a confirmation statement from kotak bank. The payment had debited by one97 communications, noida 130319. Still i had not purchased any product from your company. I'm totally confused how is it possible such a things happened?. I have attached my bank statement for your easy reference. Let me know if you need any clarifications.

        I had recieved a call from a no. They told our from bank and asked to pay bill using rewards points. I dont know fron where they got my no.and details they used my money from my sbi credit card of 9499 total kindly look into it and refund my money. They did two transaction on noida paytm one 97 communications. They cheated me. Request you to please refund the amount..

          I have booked a train ticket from tbm to aay on 14th mar 19 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from kodak bank account, but still not refunded.

          My complaint is about deducting money in POS-ONE97 Communication.The problem is that I was adding money in my paytm account.So while adding money in the paytm wallet it doesnt added it got added in Pos-one97 communication. So please i want you to refund my money back to me sir.This is happened for first time with me and it doesnt feels good to me.
          I tried booking via IRCTC for tatkal tickets but amount paid to one 97 communication. Ticket couldn't be booked. Need money back. I have attached bank statement.

              Today on 9th mar'19 at 10 am sharp i was trying to book a tatkal ticket via irctc app. The amount total was rs.4351.47.
              I used the debit card option (Debit card ending 5737) and one97 communication became the payment gateway. The payment failed to process and the booking was not done. However my money got debited.
              Please work on my refund asap. I have already informed irctc, my bank and now informing you.
              Please find screenshots attached for reference.

                I have tried to book tatkal ticket from shnr to tpty on 05/03/2019 through irctc app. I have selected paytm gateway for payment. Rs.930/- debited from my account but ticket was not booked and i have got error message 'payment not received from bank'. Kindly verify and refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

                  I paid money to pharmacy easy and still not received cashback offer 150 rupees in my wallet i had shared screenshot also but they are demanding now when you applied code we need that screenshot how this is possible to take the screenshot for all small small payment i paid money from paytm wallet you can check and give me cash back offer unnecessary they are waisting the time of customers and erritate and frastat also.                     11:07 a. M. But the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 585) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications. I've received msg from my bank. Please let me know when money will be refunded.

                            Pubg elite pass cost 600uc (600uc = rs799).
                            On paytm discount column i found pubg elite pass discounted with bonus 150 uc. So, thrusting it i enter the webpage and after finishing the process they say you have successfully done the elite pass but when i check nothing changed it was still 0uc. Please help me refund my balance i am a new account holder.

                              On 21 feb i was booking a train ticket from haridwar to mumbai via paytm which was of (₹1710) but after entering all the details the status shown was booking failed but my account was debited of ₹1710. Again on the second attempt i successfuly booked my tickets for ₹1700.
                              But in all i received a message from my bank account about 3 transactions of 1710 and one of 1700...
                              One from the failed paytm transaction which has been processed for refund other for the successful booking of my ticket and the other one which it is showing is of one97 communication limdelhi dlin.
                              Initially my balance was 11234.74 which changed to 7824.74 after two transactions from paytm and successful booking
                              And then finally to 6124.74 after ₹1700 transaction from one97 communications
                              Also in my paytm orders for failed tickets, only 1700 of first failed transaction is being shown and i cannot makeout the other for the 1700 transaction by one97 communications

                              The first failed booking refund of ₹1710 has been initiated by paytm. But the other 1700 by
                              One97 communications is not being shown in my order history of paytm.

                                Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on feb 14 at 11:07 am. Last week, but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1011.03) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications and i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
                                I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..

                                "alert: you've spent rs.1011.03 on credit card xx7951 at one97 communications l on[protected]:11:07:19."

                                For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and my bank message which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications.

                                  1)First I sent Rupees 5016.52 for my sons tuition fees studying in Chaitanya school through my SBI account. Payment process not success but Amount debited from my account and not credited into my customer account. Pl quickly credit my money back as I needed it urgently.

                                  2)second time I again sent the money. That is successful.

                                  3)pl. Credit my money back for the failed first transaction.
