On 1st december while doing online tickets booking money was deducted thrice from my debit card but tickets were not booked. Details if money deducted as per my bank passbook is giving me below

Try to booked tatkal railway ticket from irctc rail connect app, the ticket is not booked but my money is deducted from my sbi bank account.
