When i'm trying to book train ticket through credit card, it sends an one time password and the amount got debited from my account and the ticket is not booked. Once, i saw the ticket is not booked, i have gone through the my account statement. It shows the amount will be debited for one97 communication pos debited. Please resolve my issue and refund the money back.

I book tickets on line through irctc app made payment of 1240.98 debited from my account and credit to your company a. C. Why you are deducted 1000rs... Transaction i'd is s8424877... Plzz give this money... How can u deducted any rs from account without permission??? What is the purposse, i cannot join this type of website one97 then how can u add me without permission and deducted miney... Actually i tried to book a train ticket on 05 th february 2019 at
1:38 a. M. But the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 710) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications. I've received msg from my bank. Please let me know when money will be refunded.

I have registered paytm merchant wit 13 digit bank account number by mistake which is invalid, but paytm saying its valid. It should be 14 digit. They are not refunding the amount after regular follow up also. I am serious issue. I have been in regular follow up. Initially they told to wait & some executive told its will be reverted back. But now they are saying its transferred. How its possible with invalid account number if i ask. They are just telling its transferred. Its not possible means also they are not agreeing.

Hello this is mathen. I lost my device on 18/1/19 on friday. Some one made four transactions in my paytm account. The total money is rs7000. I have made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transaction took on my paytm account and its more than ten days. I have given all the information to them but tilll now i didn't receive any mail and i need them to refund my money back to my account. Thank you

11 a. And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.

For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and yonosbi transaction history and SMS received which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.

Hi, i tried to book the train ticket from krishnarajapurm to chengannur on 5/1/19, money deducted from my account through one 97 communication but ticket was not booked and i got confirmation sms from bank regarding money deduction, i gave compliant on jan 6 but still my issue is not resolved. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money

Hi, while i was booking tatkal train ticket via irctc website, i choose debit/credit card payment method. Money (Inr 1080.49) got debited from my credit card but ticket booking got canceled as the payment was not success. I found that the amount was taken by one97 communication.
I didn't get ticket and i donot see the payment refunded yet. Please get this resoled.

Sir. Yesterday I will try to transfer my money to. 5500 from Sbi account to paytm wallet. The transaction will done through 97communication limited. My Sbi account is debbited money but there is no money add my paytm wallet. I have attached a photo of transactions. Kindly sir refund my money either paytm wallet or Sbi account. Have booked a train ticket from ang to bsb on 17th jan 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from bank of baroda bank account, but still not refunded.

I have made transaction & amount was supposed to go into the bank. I have provided wrong bank account by mistake. I have contacted the customer care regarding. They asked the details. I have provided. They asked to update the details i have provided. But after continuous follow still issue not resolved. More than a month over daily i am calling but nothing they did. Everytime they are telling to wait. Paytm is eating people money. They are not interested to give money, if there is any issue happens.

Sir I've tried to book tatkal train ticket on 19th and 1150.49 is deducted from my account and not being refunded.

I have received message from bank on 28th dec. 2018 state bank internet banking. Reference no for one97 communication ltd transaction of rs. 540 from account on 28 dec. 2018 at 12.03 is igafbhlxf0. I have make payment of rs. 540 on 27 dec. 2018 to north delhi power limited. Please look it and provide me detail and refund to my account.

I was booking tatkal ticket for journey from chenganur to bengalure when i entered my otp message displayed 'bank denied payment 'my money get deducted but ticket does not generate

When i look in my bank statement it show money has been debited to thank you for using your sbi debit card 521xx7275 for a purchase worth rs490.0 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 743572.

On 1st december while doing online tickets booking money was deducted thrice from my debit card but tickets were not booked. Details if money deducted as per my bank passbook is giving me below
