Hi, i tried to book the train ticket from krishnarajapurm to chengannur on 5/1/19, money deducted from my account through one 97 communication but ticket was not booked and i got confirmation sms from bank regarding money deduction, i gave compliant on jan 6 but still my issue is not resolved. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money

I was paying at a shop through paytm and my money was deducted twice. I had check at the shop but they didn't receive money twice and i had then complained in oaytm they have said you must visit your bank and then bank manager has said that it was in my bank passbook that the money has been deducted by you at the same time when i was paying at the shop. Kindly return my 500 rupees back....

Hi, while i was booking tatkal train ticket via irctc website, i choose debit/credit card payment method. Money (Inr 1080.49) got debited from my credit card but ticket booking got canceled as the payment was not success. I found that the amount was taken by one97 communication.
I didn't get ticket and i donot see the payment refunded yet. Please get this resoled.

Sir. Yesterday I will try to transfer my money to. 5500 from Sbi account to paytm wallet. The transaction will done through 97communication limited. My Sbi account is debbited money but there is no money add my paytm wallet. I have attached a photo of transactions. Kindly sir refund my money either paytm wallet or Sbi account. Please sir that money is very important for me.

Have booked a train ticket from ang to bsb on 17th jan 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from bank of baroda bank account, but still not refunded.
Plz look into this matter immediately.

I have made transaction & amount was supposed to go into the bank. I have provided wrong bank account by mistake. I have contacted the customer care regarding. They asked the details. I have provided. They asked to update the details i have provided. But after continuous follow still issue not resolved. More than a month over daily i am calling but nothing they did. Everytime they are telling to wait. Paytm is eating people money. They are not interested to give money, if there is any issue happens.

Sir I've tried to book tatkal train ticket on 19th and 1150.49 is deducted from my account and not being refunded.

I have received message from bank on 28th dec. 2018 state bank internet banking. Reference no for one97 communication ltd transaction of rs. 540 from account on 28 dec. 2018 at 12.03 is igafbhlxf0. I have make payment of rs. 540 on 27 dec. 2018 to north delhi power limited. Please look it and provide me detail and refund to my account.

I was booking tatkal ticket for journey from chenganur to bengalure when i entered my otp message displayed 'bank denied payment 'my money get deducted but ticket does not generate

When i look in my bank statement it show money has been debited to thank you for using your sbi debit card 521xx7275 for a purchase worth rs490.0 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 743572.

On 1st december while doing online tickets booking money was deducted thrice from my debit card but tickets were not booked. Details if money deducted as per my bank passbook is giving me below

What is the reason for not refunding these about. Its more than one month.

Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on january 11th at 11 a. M. But the ticket was showing not booked, but my amount (Rs.915) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..
"thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxx1699 for a purchase worth rs915.00 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 583952. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"
For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and yonosbi transaction history which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.
