Respected sir,
I have paid my institute fee via paytm and selected sbi for final payment. Paytm it is showing transaction failed but my money is being deducted from my sbi account which i have used under payment option to pay. I have tried to contact sbi and paytm but they are not responding currently.
It is showing that my money has been given to one97 communications
It's a huge sum of 1.5 lac rs for a middle class family we can't afford it.
The money has not been reached to my institute.

Today is last date of fee payment and after that we will have a fine of 500 rs/day. We can't arrange 1.5 lac in my account.

Please sir urgent action is required.

An amount of rs. 2000/- got debited on 18.12.2018 without my knowledge. While seeing the bank statement o[censored]nion bank of india, sb a/c. No. [protected], i am terribly shocked rs. 2000/- has been transferred to one97 communications private limited. I don't know on what basis you have done this transaction.

Kindly refund my amount to my account asap without any fail and further delay.

Can I know why you deducted to my amount 52 rs. Can I know the reason and you automatically deduct the amount from account. so who will give you the authority to deducted amount from my amount.
In my knowledge is a totally illegal..
I am waiting for your reason.. I will case on one97 communication..

This amount got debited without my knowledge and against my will. On checking of mini statement i got to know that 1400 has been transferred to one97 communications private limited. I don't know on what basis you have done this transaction.
Kindly refund my amount to my account asap as this transaction has not be done by me..

The problem is i purchased a google play gift card from paytm via bhim upi using my [protected]@paytm upi address and the money (110) was successfully sent to paytm. [protected]@axisbank upi adress but the order failed as you can see in the above screenshots i provided. Please solve this issue quickly.

The upi reference number is[protected] and the order noof the order that failed inspite of successful payment is [protected].

(I contacted both paytm and my bank customer support, the bank confirmed that the money is successfully deducted but no help is offered so far from paytm support)

Ordered on 13 october 2018 and its 15th december. The order id is [protected]. Got fake product and returned on 20th october. Shared my bank details on 23rd october as per your request. Waited 20 long days. Did not got refund and again asked me to share bank statement and bank details and shared the details. Again no refund took place after all these efforts. Called cc again and they said we started from over end on 26th november please wait up to 14th december and definitely get the refund before 14th december. Sent lot of messages, mails, calls, no one are responding and saying non-sense every time. Again i shared the recent statement today. What should i do now?? Should i proceed legally. Need refund amount of 1781/-...

I booked a online prepaid order no. [protected], rs. 370/- "18cm aquarium heater gaurd protective cover case" on dt. 05/11/2018. I made the online payment rs. 370/- at the time of booking.
My mother receive a packet on dt. 19/11/2018. This packet fully packed with company's seal and paste with seller' receipt rs 350/-, and product description print on receipt is "toy" which cost rs. 350/-.
Wrong product deliver at my home address on dt. 19/11/2018, which cost is rs. 350/- and this product not belong to me, which i ordered. I talk to paytm mall's
Customer care on dt. 19/11/2018 via communication no. 96544497 for deliver my right product and take back your wrong product., and he assured me to deliver my product. After this i write a mail on dt. 20/11/2018 to paytm mall against to this mistake. But i can't receive my heater gaurd cover case. I call to customer care many times but he says that your product return time have barred. So product not replace.
Sir today delivered product condition is same as we received. (Seal packed). I don't open this packet.
I request you please deliver my right product which i ordered, otherwise refund my amount rs. 370/-.

I am your regular customer of your paytm account. I am using your application regularly. But before three days i used your application for my vodafone number recharge of rs. 245 & rs.145. So that amount already cut in my saving account but i cannot get recharge of my mob. So please give me credit that amount in my saving account whaterver is already connected of my saving account. So please do needful in this thing as soon as possible. If any query from my side so pl call my mob no. [protected] any time.

A deduction of rs 111.18 was made from my account when i was ordering from zomato in the name of one97 communications on 12/12/18 whereas i made a transaction for booking the order but it didn't book and that amount was deducted from my account... I need a refund for this amount..

On 26.11.2018 i want to do the online shopping for that purpose i want to become the member of the company do that i can get the discount. I want to send the money the money is deducted from my account but company did not received it i did four times complaint but i got the message that company representative will approach u but till now no response from company side i am sending u the ticket no i. E 2167856 i am also sending the screen shot also pl refund the money into my account

A fraud agent from SBI credit card team has cheated me of Rupees 28000, that is he used my credit four times each with 7000/- rupees, each time he was asking for OTP from me stating that he needs to activate some redeem points. He said that otp was expired and asked 4 times where he was successfully able to debit 28000 from SBI credit card. This happened around 1.15 pm to 1.30 pm on 10/12/2018

It is to inform you that i am facing problems paying money through your gateway. Whenever i try paying, money gets deducted from my account but it is not received at the other end. As an example, refference no. Igaexsgtl4 on 08-dec-18 at 11:56. So i request you kindly to fix the problem so that i can sand the money tommorrow itself as it is very urgent for taking admission.

Dear team,
Due to your system in-competencies, i hadn't able to book my tatkal ticket. Also you have deducted the money from my debit card (Hdfc bank). Could you please tell me by when i will get my money refunded. Transaction no : 949148 & 917924 (2*1410.98 inr). This kind of things creating problem for us. Can't you guys fix this problem of false deducting of money and giving us waiting tickets.

I have already complaint two times my ticket id is 2165342
It is written resolved but till now i didn't get the money. Pl credit it in my account

I have to send rs 49.4 to club factory for membership on 26.11.2018. The amount is deducted from my account but they did not get the money i have already did a complain i got a e-mail the complaint is resolve but till now i did not get the refund pl refund the money in to my account. I am sending u the screen shot also today 7days have passed till now i didn't get the money

On 03.12.2018, around 1.45 pm i called the above mentioned cell number which i got from justdail just to activate my e-statement. Collected information about my axis bank credit card then transactions 2 times with bank account debited rs.9986 * 2 = 19972 has been withdraw transactions from my axis credit account paid to paytm. I request to you find out the fraudulent transaction and reversed to my account.

Today I have received a phone call from an unknown mobile number: [protected] and she asked about my sbi credit card credentials, unknowingly I have revealed all the information, later I have shared my One Time Password(OTP) also. Fraudulent person did three transaction for RS.30000/- 10000 per transaction through my SBI credit Card. I kindly request you sir to cancel the fraudulent transaction done by the person immediately and refund my money as soon as possible. I have lodged cyber crime complaint against this incident.This is my hard earned money, kindly help me to get refund of this amount of RS.30000/.
