Dear sir,
Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked when i selected debit card while booking train ticket. I just repeated same booking but i faced the same, i got error like rejected by bank.. As it done through one 97 communication still now cash not refunded or i not received even one message about failed transaction.
Please check the attached screenshot of my both transaction and statement of my bank account.

    I have booked a train ticket from TNA to KUDL on 26th DEC 2018 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure ones (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from BANK OF MAHARASHTRA bank account, but still not refunded.
    Plz look into this matter immediately.

      Dear sir,
      I selected debit card while booking train ticket. Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked. I got error like rejected by bank. And the the bank name is paytm m. I can see in my bank transactions that its deducted for one 97 communication. Cash not refunded
      There were two instructions, refund is intiated by irctc for one transaction. Please check the attached screenshot.

      Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on dec 23 at 11 a. M.The ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1020) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications.
      I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited
      On 15 Dec 2018 I tried to book air tickets 2 times through irctc. I selected the EMI option powered by paytm. Both the time ticket was not booked and after a week my credit card shows that Rs 5065+ Rs 5065 is settled to one97 communications and the amount is converted to EMI. Transaction ID is [protected] and [protected].

            On 24.11.2018 i want to send rs 49.4 to club factory for on line shopping the money is deducted from my account at 2.28pm but the factory owner did not got the money i did four times complaint but till now no response from company but they are saying your complaint is resolved i enquire from bank also but money is not refunded till now. Pl refund the money &transfer it to my bank account i am sending u the screen shot also

              I have booked premium tatkal ticket on 24 th december for journey date of 25 th december.
              Ticket booking was one done one day prior to train bording that is Premium Tatkal ticket for the next day at around 11:00am.
              I have done payment with payment option of debit card powered by paytm and amount got deducted from bank account but ticket was not booked
              Amount of Rs (2070) got deducted from bank in favour of POS-ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS account but ticket was not booked.
              Ticket booking status is still unbooked.
              Kindly look into the following concern.

                  I tried booking a tatkal ticket on 21st december 2018 at 11:00am though paytm on irctc mobile app.
                  An amount of inr 415.59 got deducted from my account through one97 communications lnoida.

                  Ticket was not booked, but amount got deducted.

                  I have' t received any refund mail or message from one97 communications lnoida.
                  Attached is the transaction details as per my bank statement.
                  Kindly refund the amount to the bank account from which it was debited.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    Actually i tried to book a ticket on Dec 12, 2018 at 4pm last week but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1230.49) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
                    I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited.

                    For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and SMS from bank which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.

                        Respected sir,
                        I have paid my institute fee via paytm and selected sbi for final payment. Paytm it is showing transaction failed but my money is being deducted from my sbi account which i have used under payment option to pay. I have tried to contact sbi and paytm but they are not responding currently.
                        It is showing that my money has been given to one97 communications
                        It's a huge sum of 1.5 lac rs for a middle class family we can't afford it.
                        The money has not been reached to my institute.
                        See the screenshots below of bank and paytm details.
                        Today is last date of fee payment and after that we will have a fine of 500 rs/day. We can't arrange 1.5 lac in my account.

                        Please sir urgent action is required.

                          Amount - rs. 2000/-

                          An amount of rs. 2000/- got debited on 18.12.2018 without my knowledge. While seeing the bank statement o[censored]nion bank of india, sb a/c. No. [protected], i am terribly shocked rs. 2000/- has been transferred to one97 communications private limited. I don't know on what basis you have done this transaction.

                          Kindly refund my amount to my account asap without any fail and further delay.

                                    The problem is i purchased a google play gift card from paytm via bhim upi using my [protected]@paytm upi address and the money (110) was successfully sent to paytm. [protected]@axisbank upi adress but the order failed as you can see in the above screenshots i provided. Please solve this issue quickly.

                                    The upi reference number is[protected] and the order noof the order that failed inspite of successful payment is [protected].
                                    (More info is provide in the attached screenshots)

                                    (I contacted both paytm and my bank customer support, the bank confirmed that the money is successfully deducted but no help is offered so far from paytm support)

                                      Ordered on 13 october 2018 and its 15th december. The order id is [protected]. Got fake product and returned on 20th october. Shared my bank details on 23rd october as per your request. Waited 20 long days. Did not got refund and again asked me to share bank statement and bank details and shared the details. Again no refund took place after all these efforts. Called cc again and they said we started from over end on 26th november please wait up to 14th december and definitely get the refund before 14th december. Sent lot of messages, mails, calls, no one are responding and saying non-sense every time. Again i shared the recent statement today. What should i do now?? Should i proceed legally. Need refund amount of 1781/-...

                                        I booked a online prepaid order no. [protected], rs. 370/- "18cm aquarium heater gaurd protective cover case" on dt. 05/11/2018. I made the online payment rs. 370/- at the time of booking.
                                        My mother receive a packet on dt. 19/11/2018. This packet fully packed with company's seal and paste with seller' receipt rs 350/-, and product description print on receipt is "toy" which cost rs. 350/-.
                                        Wrong product deliver at my home address on dt. 19/11/2018, which cost is rs. 350/- and this product not belong to me, which i ordered. I talk to paytm mall's
                                        Customer care on dt. 19/11/2018 via communication no. 96544497 for deliver my right product and take back your wrong product., and he assured me to deliver my product. After this i write a mail on dt. 20/11/2018 to paytm mall against to this mistake. But i can't receive my heater gaurd cover case. I call to customer care many times but he says that your product return time have barred. So product not replace.
                                        Sir today delivered product condition is same as we received. (Seal packed). I don't open this packet.
                                        I request you please deliver my right product which i ordered, otherwise refund my amount rs. 370/-.
