      I ordered sparx sandals worth rs.899/- with delivery charges of 29 rs its rs.928/- on paytm mall, on the day i cancelled ordered but money not refunded till now, my order id [protected], its been 5 days, i'm looking for refund, but it's not done yet, actually banks takes 3-5 days to reflect in account but till now it's not credited in my account, there is an urgency for me with money, your customer service is very poor to respond, to talk paytm customer service executive i waited 30 minutes but no use.
      Please, look into it.

        As you are are aware that i have been ordered to travel khana for five jain thali and its cost rs. 965 /- but that time option is there if payment mode is online than rs. 20 /- is discount of invoice amount so i was payment online of rs. 945 /- for five jain thali through travel khana. But after some time travel khana call us your order was cancelled and your money will be refunded but till now they can't refunded and they told me above amount refunded by one97 communication ltd because above amount could not receipt by us. Enclose bank statement for your reference.

          Earlier i have dispute a one travel agent because i payment some amount through bhim app but thay was not fulfill his conditions, regarding this issue i have raised a online complaint in wave site that is "http://www.consumer-court.in", in this site complaint is vishal for everyone.

          Using this details some one call me and thay told me he is ready to return my mony through bhim app and thay give notification in bhim app using

          And when i receive his upi 4000₹ deduct in my account. I have already complaint in my bank and also nearest police station.

          So please help me.

            I was paying application fee of 111.80 rs. For drdo through one97communication by net banking. I completed the login process and amount was deducted from my bank account but money does not go to desired destination. I get message from my bank that transaction of 111.80 to one97 communication is successful. But when i check the application form status it says application fee not paid. So please solve this issue

                We have made a certain amount of payment to the Meghalaya Power Distribution Corporation LImited on 26th of july 2018 as per the bank statement which was shown to be debited and is therewith attached.
                The corporation's official has straight away denied the receipt of the payment made calling it a fraudulent activity.
                Also we have not been able to come in any personal interaction with any of your delegates.
                If it is so that the payment has not been credited to the MePDCL then we would request you to refund the absolute amount with interest since we are penalised for further delayed payment.
                The receipt of payment and all the relevant documents have been attached with this complaint file. Please kindly redress to this grievance.

                  Sir, today I was applied for Nov 2018 ipcc exam through online by using SBI net banking but I didn't get PDF form but the amount was debited in my SBI account and showing the web page was, access was not authorised, sir please help how to get my 1500 rs back, (Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking.                     Hello,
                    I had shopped for more than 3000 rs from brand factory store because it has paytm cashback offer which says 250 rs cashback and 350 rs (200+150) movie vouchers.
                    The validity o[censored]sing the voucher was till 1st august.
                    I booked the tickets on 30th july where coupon code was not working even after trying several times, no error was showing but after applying nothing was happening, but ticket got booked.
                    I mailed same day to paytm about this and they said they will resolve my complaint.
                    I got the message on 2d august that the coupon has been re-valid and the validity terms remain the same that is use up to 1st august.
                    Upon asking how this can be done, they aren't replying since then.

                      I was trying to pay bigbasket the amount 2046 through paytm using tez on 11 aug
                      The amount is credited to paytm. [protected]@axisbank as confirmed by tez customer support too but it did not transfer to big basket or my paytm account. Trying to contact paytm but no proper response from their end

                              I have made payment of rs.1500 for my ca exam fee. The amount has been debited from my account but no status in my application regarding payment. Please kindly go through it once. As it is shown payment is successful. I have called bank they told the amount has been credited to your account and payment has been made

                                I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from uco bank a/c and the amount debited inr1050 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

                                    This mail is regarding transaction failure:-

                                    On 14-july-2018 around 16:30 hrs, i tried to book flight ticket from jabalpur to tirupati through spicejet app,

                                    While transaction, after entering otp (Photo-attached) suddenly the mobile screen shows transaction failure, ticket didn't generate, but amount of rs.19489 debited from my sbi bank and sms received as transaction success (Photo-attached)
                                    And
                                    Sms received from spicejet showing that ticket booking is on hold and payment pending for pnr oh5r8b (Photo-attached)...,

                                    I have talked to spicejet customer service, they informed me that payment not confirmed for above mentioned pnr and send me a new link for doing the payment to get ticket confirmation.

                                    I have done transaction again with spicejet link for rs.19489 to book the flight ticket (Photo-attached).

                                    The transaction failed with one97 communication is not refunded since 14-jul-2018 to 31-jul-2018
