The matter is I have a paytm merchant account through which i accept payment from my customers and the total amount collected today is credited tomorrow to my bank account.On 22 sep 2022 I had a total collection of 33541 Rs It credited twice to my bank account on 23 sep 2022 as you can see in bank statement i have sharedin pdf. Then on 23 sep 2022 I had total collection of 23550 Rs which is not sattled to my bank account then again on 24 sep 2022 I had a total collection of 10289 Rs but I only received 289 In bank account.
Then on 26 sep 2022 the amount 33541 which was credited twice reversed by bank to Paytm. So i want from paytm that they should credit my 33541 with compensation to my account.

      I lost so many amount of money from 29/7/2021 through my bank account to now.
      If i credit any amount of money it will get debited on the spot.
      When i check with the bank they give me this detail about one97 communications company through which am losing the money.

      So kindly please credit back to my bank account the lost money.

        I have submitted my Reques/Intimation Letter to Hon'ble Nodal Officer of PAYTM few months ago asking time to pay the outstanding as soon as possible.

        I am receiving Paytm Postpaid every month with added interest for the month and late fees. I am ready to pay all amount without any waivers.

        But collection agents of Paytm TORTURING ME from DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS and SEVERAL TIMES in EVERYDAY.

        This leads me FRUSTRATED and DELAY in arrangements for funds and affects my daily life in all ways.

        I have attached TODAY's case only sir.

        If you allow, I will attach screenshots daily for those tortures.

        I have informed you of my inability to pay and wrote a few months back requesting time for payment, but for the past 2 months your collection agents have tortured me by calling several times from multiple numbers like Pawn Brokers agents, and they never show ID or any mail ID, as my advocate asked. In this case, I am pushed to become mentally ill and damage my earning ways. Also, Paytm is levying interest charges for every month also. Meanwhile your collection agents sent me a 50% offer like that. I don't think this is right or wrong. If anything like that, Please let me know through mail or app sir, let me check with Advocate and proceed further.

        ALSO, YOUR COLLECTION AGENTS TELLING THAT I TOOK LOANS FROM SEVERAL BANKS AND CHEATED IN THIS WAY. (Please Refer Screenshot)

        LET ME CHECK THIS QUESTION IS ALLOWABLE UNDER COLLECTION NORMS OF RBI.

        Now your Collection Agents torture only push me to go to RBI.

            Sir, on 17/12/2022 I tried to pay my college fee through Paytm app via Karnataka Bank netbanking but during my transaction my bank account was debited for an amount of Rs. 1, 88, 720 /- but transaction failed. Till date I haven't received my refund .

              I got a call customer support and under their guildlines their transaction is happenad and later i recoginsed quickly it is fraud and i tired contact the customer support but still their no responese from the one97 communcations.
              i did not purchase or transferred the amount to one97 communications but it is happend on 28/11/2022 of amount 20360/-

              so irequest to you plase considet the complaint and refunded the my amount back .

                I got a call from a person of your customer and fraud transaction is happend through my credit card of amount 20360/-on 28/11/2022, but I was not done by me and I have not purchased anything from one97 communications .
                I am trying to reach through customer support but there is no response from your side.
                So, please consider my request get an investigate and send my money return back.

                  I have a SBI credit card and yesterday date[protected], 2 fraud transactions done though my credit card. This not done by me. Yesterday my remaining two transactions of 19342 and 19342 are done my account has been deducted yesterday. By the way tried to withdraw money from my account 05 times but 02 transactions is done and 03 is pending. So kindly refund my all money as soon as possible. I have lodged the FIR yesterday. I am mailing you the copy of FIR and the copy of massage received in the massage box of my phone.

                      I was making a fee transaction on 22/11/22 around 2:00pm to 3:00pm through paytm gateway i have chosen net banking (indian bank) option and money got detected from my account and but transaction is in processing and receiver did not receive money. In bank statement it is showing money has created to one97communication. .please refund as soon as possible.

                                    Full Description: I had an amount due of INR 2700 from Paytm postpaid. On the 12th of October, I received a WhatsApp message from a Paytm agent that I need to pay INR 1000, and my account for Paytm postpaid will be closed and I do not need to pay any due anymore.

                                    She told me that the account will be updated after 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours and my account hasn't been updated.

                                    I am attaching the conversation from our WhatsApp chat and I request you take action against that agent for making fake promises.

                                    I tried to contact the agent but her phone is switched off.

                                    I am attaching the screenshot of our whole conversation here. Please do the necessary.
