    On the day of 9 th august 2022..by 6.02 pm..I received the sms from +[protected] as..dear customer update ur pancard in sbi yono from blocking ur account...I updated my pan by entering otp given by them...after few seconds I found that the amount of Rs.300000 has been debited from my account to one97 communications groce Ltd...I complained a FIR and I even complained to RBO and many process are undergoing...please help me for refunding of my money...

      Respected sir!
      I have booked tickets on irctc through phonepe, tickets are cancelled due to unconfirmed tickets. My amount ₹1440 has been refunded which i've paid for tickets through phonepe that's linked to my bank account, but the refunded amount isn't reflected in my bank and in the refund panel on irctc it's showing amount has been refunded to Bank name :- One97 communications limited. Reference id is :- [protected] and the refund date was 14 Aug, 2022.
      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        On 11 Aug 2022 around 12:40 i made a payment of ₹1, 36, 585.62 through net banking to good host spaces limited but was denied from the bank and the payment was still debited from my account and was transferred to one97 communications limited, it has been 3 days and i am still waiting for the refund.
        Below are the screenshots attached for the denied payment and the debited amount.

          Not Reporting My loan outstanding as per the terms agreed (Within 60 days)to Cibil.

          I have paid all my dues to Paytm postpaid but the same has not been shown in my cibil, that is severely hampering my cibil score.

          My CIBIL is showing that the RS 4000 personal loan has been taken as on 31st May 2022 and nil repayment has been done, however I have made the payment of June and July bill as well and the account is also closed.

          Further as per the terms and condition of the Paytm postpaid services...

          I paid my bounced emi as on 8th aug 2022.

          But again twice my emi has been deducted from my bank account.

          Even i called customer service but no use there is non other options to choose query in useless Paytm app.

          I want my refund back, which i paid in advance for Paytm and herocrop

            I ordered a Fastag on 1st Aug 2022 with order ID [protected] but never received it. Paytm claims that they delivered it on 6th August via BlueDart Ref no. [protected]. I can produce CCTV footages from my apartment to prove that neither me nor anyone else in my apartment received such courier.
            Paytm customer care is rigid at its stand saying they have delivered. Please help.
            This tag is active and can be misused by whoever is possessing it now.

                This is with reference to Soundbox deactivation.

                I would like to request you to refund my Six month rental of soundbox which was not working since Dec 2021, I have complained 6-7 times but no body gave me response and continuously deducting Rs. 125/-P.M. as a rent. I am sharing you screenshots of my complaints to you.

                Kindly refund my 6 months rental @ 125/- per month & stop deducting any type of rental and take back your Sound Box.

                                  Sir, On 20/06/2022 I tried to pay my credit card bill through Paytm App via SBI netbanking but during transaction my bank account was debited for an amount Rs. 9500/- but transaction failed. Order ID of transaction is [protected]. Till date I have not received refund. I also contact customer care of SBI they have booked my Grievance but told me that your transaction was successful so contact your merchant for refund. You are requested to rectify the problem and arrange to refund me Rs. 9500/-.

                                  Sir, On 16.11.2022 scammers TOOK MY MONEY through PNB netbanking IN ONE97 Communications lim but during transaction my bank account was debited for an amount Rs. 10050 but transaction failed. Till date I have not received refund. I also contact customer care of PNB they have booked my Grievance but told me that your transaction was successful so contact your merchant for refund. You are requested to rectify the problem and arrange to refund me Rs. 10050
