11 may i added money to my paytm wallet by axis bank by upi 3333 rs money deducted and send to one 97 communication limited. I am worried for my money. Upi transaction is successful money deducted to my bank but didn't add my paytm wallet. Please refund my money. Paytm is trusted wallet app but i in great trouble my money is not in my paytm wallet. Why

I trusted paytm as e - wallet and went shopping without cash. I had linked my upi id with paytm and itried to transfer 300rupees but it showed that the receiver was paytm. [protected]@axis bank. I thought it was another paytm account. But the amount had not reached my pay tm wallet. As i had already completed my shopping i don't know what to do. Then i transferred another 300 rupees. It reached [protected]@icici and added to my paytm wallet. I waited 46 hours for my return but i don't. Can't anyone answer r explain where my 300 rupees is locked? Then now i don't trust paytm...

I am using paytm recently. I am transfer money from my bank account to paytm wallet and again paytm to my bank account. They mssg me that your payment was success full till 4 days pass out but i can't get my money back. And whey i try to contact him there all contacts was not available was mention on wabsite by paytm. Since[protected] i found one no. When i contact her they on same time they done online fraud with me by my another bank account.

I am mail this thing to paytm but they can't take an any action.

My paytm wallet has been blocked. The reason i understood from customer care that i transferred from my own wallet. Sir i accept my mistake but have not done deliberately, my clients had wrongly transferred payments to my wallet. Hence i transferred from my wallet to bank through paytm merchant account.

Further this comes to my knowledge that if want to activate again my account then for every future transaction i would be charged 2% for every transaction even if my clients pay me through qr code.

May i please ask the reason behind the same.

As per my understanding i should be agreed that if in future i transfer through my own paytm wallet i should be liable to pay 2% but should not be charged any fees if my clients pay for the same.

I shall look forward to favorable reply for which i shall be very thankful to you.

I want to recharge my phone with paytm without adding money to wallet. I directly pay with bhim sbi app which is unsuccessful.

I pay 511 rupees from my bhim upi id to paytm. [protected]@axisbank by giving my vpa pin and they approved it.

But my recharge is unsuccessful with paytm even i don't get my cashback.
So please refund my 511 rupees which are deducted from my account...

I was adding money to my paytm account of 50 rupees through bhim upi. While adding money 50 rupees gets deducted from my bank account but, did not get added to paytm wallet. Instead it gets transfered to paytm. [protected]@axisbank.
I did not know where my money gets transered.
So, i request u to help me to solve this issue.
Hope u will take my complaint in serious and solve the issue

I want to request you that i tried to book railway tickets from irctc official application on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 which both transactions were failed due to technical network fault and amount of rs. 990/- deducted each time from my saving bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer towards one97 communication payment gateway of irctc.

My bank account statement & sms delivered to me from bank which includes point of sale (Pos) and transaction nos. Of deduction shows that amount deducted towards one97 communication ltd. But tickets were not booked.

The pos and transaction id are as follows:-

Purchase worth rs. 990 on pos [protected] at one97 communication li txn#[protected].

So, i request to refund my total amount of rs. 1980/- in my bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer as soon as possible.

I tried to book tatkhal ticket from IRCTC app on 29th April, 2018. The ticket is from viajyawada to chennai on 1st May, 2018.

The transaction is provided below and I tried to book the ticket from SBI Rupay debit card. An amount of Rs.415 has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not booked.
Transaction id is: [protected]. Please try to check the transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I was checking My SbI account balance on monday 30th april and i found that on last Friday on 27th April 590.00 Rs has deducted from my SBI account by one 97 communication without my concern. I have never made such transaction .The Reference No. of the transaction was "[protected]IGADKHUKG3". Please check into the issue as soon as possible and return my money back.

I have booked a confirmed train ticket in duronto train (12222) for date of journey on 22.03.2018 vide pnr no.[protected] dtd. 01.02.2018 through irctc app. The ticket amount was rs.3120.00, but debited from my canara bank account rs.3153/- and amount received by one97 communication ltd. On 01.02.2018.
But unfortunately said ticket was cancelled on 21.03.2018 and after minus cancellation charge an amount of rs.2330/- was refunded on 23.03.2018 by irctc under transaction id. [protected], refund id.[protected] and refund reference no.30001280328032142576661
The said amount till date not credited in my bank account.
Hence, i request to you please arrange to credit rs.2330/- in my canara bank account as early as possible.

Sir this is subhendu pattnaik on dt of 24/3/18.12127.00 amount deducted from my union bank account - [protected]. Union bank burla branch. Dist - sambalpur. State. Odisha the bank transaction i'd - s13334453. E ben paytm not given any transaction details againt that deduction o[censored]nmotorized transactions. My contact no is [protected]. It's already going to 1month but yr company not like to refund it. If no one interested to contact me i will move to court of r8 justice.

Rs.1935 was deducted unauthorisedly from my sbi a/c without my consent on 18.4.18 by one97 communications. I used irctc app for ticket booking but the amount was deducted from my a/c by one97 communications fraudulantly. Due to it i could not get tickets. I contacted irctc on this and they told that it is not railways fault, only it is with one97 communications. Sbi pb entry shows entry with one97 cmunications li. Pl refund the amount immediately.

. Please refund the same immediately.
