So i was completing my payment using my bhim upi id

While adding money, transaction of 951 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

But transaction of 951 rs is successfully completed from my tez upi id
[protected]@upi

951 rs is credited in
Paytm account upi id :- (Paytm. [protected]@axisbank)

For proof i am attaching all the screen shot of transaction history
Sir please help me to solve this issue
I have no information where my this 951 rs have gone

      Sir,

      I want to request you that i tried to book railway tickets from irctc official application on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 which both transactions were failed due to technical network fault and amount of rs. 990/- deducted each time from my saving bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer towards one97 communication payment gateway of irctc.

      My bank account statement & sms delivered to me from bank which includes point of sale (Pos) and transaction nos. Of deduction shows that amount deducted towards one97 communication ltd. But tickets were not booked.

      The pos and transaction id are as follows:-

      Purchase worth rs. 990 on pos [protected] at one97 communication li txn#[protected].

      So, i request to refund my total amount of rs. 1980/- in my bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer as soon as possible.

        I tried to book tatkhal ticket from IRCTC app on 29th April, 2018. The ticket is from viajyawada to chennai on 1st May, 2018.

        The transaction is provided below and I tried to book the ticket from SBI Rupay debit card. An amount of Rs.415 has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not booked.
        Transaction id is: [protected]. Please try to check the transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          I was checking My SbI account balance on monday 30th april and i found that on last Friday on 27th April 590.00 Rs has deducted from my SBI account by one 97 communication without my concern. I have never made such transaction .The Reference No. of the transaction was "[protected]IGADKHUKG3". Please check into the issue as soon as possible and return my money back.

            Sir,
            I have booked a confirmed train ticket in duronto train (12222) for date of journey on 22.03.2018 vide pnr no.[protected] dtd. 01.02.2018 through irctc app. The ticket amount was rs.3120.00, but debited from my canara bank account rs.3153/- and amount received by one97 communication ltd. On 01.02.2018.
            But unfortunately said ticket was cancelled on 21.03.2018 and after minus cancellation charge an amount of rs.2330/- was refunded on 23.03.2018 by irctc under transaction id. [protected], refund id.[protected] and refund reference no.30001280328032142576661
            The said amount till date not credited in my bank account.
            Hence, i request to you please arrange to credit rs.2330/- in my canara bank account as early as possible.

                Rs.1935 was deducted unauthorisedly from my sbi a/c without my consent on 18.4.18 by one97 communications. I used irctc app for ticket booking but the amount was deducted from my a/c by one97 communications fraudulantly. Due to it i could not get tickets. I contacted irctc on this and they told that it is not railways fault, only it is with one97 communications. Sbi pb entry shows entry with one97 cmunications li. Pl refund the amount immediately.

                . Please refund the same immediately.

                  I recently ordered godrej safes from paytm or one97 communications via online - order id [protected] on 10th april 2018 and they delivered a defective product on 13th april 2018 since door was not able open with default passcode though on screen it says opened and raised a return request immediately on same day initially they took my request but latter on rejected saying "return request validation did not pass" but trust me nobody accepted the return product or inspected the product but how can they say return product validation did not pass saying its was either tampered or all accessories were not returned or price tags were not returned. Latter in the evening when i addressed via email & paytm app to customer care they say they cannot help me or talk to me or cannot reveal any details or accept return as i'm being flagged in their system and finally saying do not try to communicate. Also seller is not reachable.

                  Finally i reached the godrej customer care as it was on the product and they resolved the issue with some nominal charges along with demo and product installation saying its an very old stock and damaged during shipping due to some heavy articles placed on product or carelessness issue. I was grateful.

                  So i would need an apology from paytm for all the traum that i had to go for 4 days for such an irresponsible email & communication also a refund of my nominal charges that i paid to godrej for getting it fixed.

                  I sent electricity bill through one97 communication Ltd on 26/2/18 following which 762 RS was deducted from my bank account. But the payment was not received by electricity department. Neither have I received any refund. Need to seriously know the status. Seems it was one more fraud transaction
                  I have got deducted 3000 from my account and I can't see that transaction details anywhere in my wallet.Why the Money has been deducted by One97 communications without anyorder or purchase done by me.I just want the reasons for this.

                      On[protected] i was booking a tatkal ticket from gurgaon to udaipur. During transaction a message 'please wait' was being displayed after waiting for some minutes i received a message from my uco bank account (Exact time: 12:27:09) informing that the transaction was successful but in the app 'server timed out' message was displayed. So i restarted the app only to find that my booking was failed. Total amount deducted was ₹485.
                      Please look into this issue asap.
                      I am also attaching screenshots for reference.

                        Yesterday a phone call from [protected] came for a lucky prize of sony led 32" towards previous purchases made by me through paytm mall.. I apprehend that data of paytm is being leaked... And again whatsapp msg from [protected] received for payment of rs.3035/-being the cost of items carted in paytm mall which has been done through paytm app today. Order id has also been sent in whatsapp which is pt742378800006533477425778s. But i apprehend that the whole episode is a fraud.. And nothing shall be delivered to me...

                        Today some Mr.Vineet ( [protected]) phoned my daughter Anjali([protected]) that delivery of goods shall be effected today, but she will be required to pay GST amount separately...
                        I tried to contact Mr. Vineet several times there after but he didn't respond.
                        My carted items are still lying in the paytm cart as it were. I fail to understand who is calling on phone and wherefrom the goods are intended for delivery.
                        I have, however, filed complaints to cyber crime cell in respect of the fraud in question.

                        Mr Vineet [protected] has attended phone today. He told me that I am further required to pay Rs. 5100/- in advance in terms of GST payable on Gift item ( Sony 32" LED Full HD ) in order to generate booking Order which can be tracked further to know about deliveries details etc. However he is telling that the amount of Rs. 5100/- so paid is refundable just in few seconds after the payment during the conversation.

                          I have done ticket booking through irctc from bza (Vijayawada) to sc (Secunderabad) train no.12773 shm sc ac exp under transaction id [protected]. Journey date is 3.5.2018. Ticket was not issued by irctc with reason "no response from bank" but the amount rs.1935 was deducted from my sbi a/c with debit entry"othpg[protected] one97 communicationsli". Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount was credited to you.

                          Pl refer to my yesterday complaint on irregular deduction of amt rs.1935 and was credited to one97 communications which is most unfortunate thing happend to me while booking tickets through irctc i performed ticket booking through irctc but tickets were not issued by irctc with reason no response from bank though correctly operated payment option but amt was credited to your a/c as per my sbi pass book entry. Where this technical mistake taken place with bank or with you? Pl resolve and refund the amt without further loss of my time. All particulars were given in my previous mail. Avsr krishna

                            On 13 april 5000 was deducted from my icici account in name of one97 communication without my consent... It is a fraud and also a cyber crime... Please verify it and make my refund instantly... I have also made a complaint about it but the executives were inresponsive... Very worst experience i have with paytm...                                   I received sms from ubi bank on 19/03/2018 & 27/03/2018 that rs-150/- deducted from my debit card to one97 communication fee. Ubi customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me... I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

                                    I had attempted a payment transaction to star health insurance company for a insurance premium payment of rs.6962/- on 13/01/2018.
                                    However after the amount was debited from my account the transaction become
                                    Incomplete and did not get redirected to star health web site.

                                    After checking with my bank i was informed that the amount is credited to one97 account.

                                    Please verify the same and arrange to reverse the transaction back to my account.

                                      Thanks for solving my problem We got money refund
                                      One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I made a exam fee payment of Rs.2700 from my account but transaction failed and amount deducted from my account. So i tried again. Then also same happened. So totally 5400 deducted on February 23 but no refund yet. Please help me.

                                        I have booked two train tatkal ticket from ndls to cpr on 26 feb 2018 in irctc rail connect app but ticket did not comfirm it had been automatically cancel and money already have debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded.
                                        Plz look into this matter immediately.
