Dear sir... This is narasimharao recently from my s. B. I account a transaction had happened which was not done by me and the price 0f ₹940 on pos [protected] was debited from my debit card please give the details of the transaction item and where it was transacted please do the needful please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible regarding as soon as possible...

I am sbi bank account holder, sixmile guwahati assam. I have updated my passbook and from 5th august 2016 onwards the account have been debited of rs.100 by (Inb one97 communication limited) without my consent. The amount has been debited more than rs.2000.

Kindly verify and refund my amount.

I received sms from ubi bank on 19/03/2018 & 27/03/2018 that rs-150/- deducted from my debit card to one97 communication fee. Ubi customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me... I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

I have booked train ticket from bgm to sbc on 29 march 2018 in irctc rail connect app but ticket did not comfirm it had been automatically cancel and money already have debited from sarswat bank account, but still not refunded.

While paying the fee for ipc exam form on 7.02.18 using sbi internet banking an amount of rs. 1500 was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. And i had to pay the fees again through another medium. I contacted my bank but they said the payment was accepted by your merchant.
Therefore i request you to refund the amount of 1500....

Transferred Rs.400 to ICAI on 29/01/98 thru SBI, Kottayam . However the transaction failed. Showing Payment Not Successful. Ref. No. EVF 476425 [protected]. However Bank has confirmed the transaction is successful thru one 97 communication. For ICAI they have not received the money. Why the one 97 is not returning the money. For a failure transaction the amount is returned back within two or three days....

The amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed. When i had complained on 26/02/2018 about the same to my bank they replied that payment was accepted by your merchant (One97 communications limited)
