i am Paytm merchant and my name Bhavesh Patel merchant and my Contact number is [protected]. as on Dated[protected]nd February 2018) i was made transaction worth INR 14000/- from my Wallet to my Merchant Saving A/C, but still i was not credit in my Merchant A/C, in this meter i was call and drop mail to customer service team but still not resolve my issue. i have given the 14000/- INR cheq to my row material vendor and he is put the cheq in him A/C and same will bounce due to low balance, in this case i will effect on below point. 1- cheq bounce charges, 2- chase IPC 420 3 effect on my C Bill score. 4 future any bank will not trust on me. 5 reputation spoil kindly Help to resolve my issue. I had made a exam fee payment on[protected] to icai rs 2100. The payment was failed and no refund had received till date. I had contact with my bank they told the transaction is success with there side and the amount with merchant bank. I request you make necessary arrangements to solve this issue

I pay my exam fees in one97 communication, but the logisys website displaying online payment pending but in bank account amount was debited rupees 715/- but logisys display online payment pending how to solve this problem?? One97 communication can u answer me?? What i do my amount where goes??

I made an exam form application payment to icai on 25/02/2018 through icai portal and for the payment it was redirected to this page. The amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed. When i had complained on 26/02/2018 about the same to my bank they replied that payment was accepted by your merchant (One97 communications limited)
It is hereby requested please refund the amount of rs. 1800 asap, which was deducted from the account.

Actually i made a payment to icai but this amount is deducted from my bank account but not recieved from icai. Just i recieved a msg thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igaczcjbm7 for rs.3300.0 on 23-feb-18 19:50 this please resolve my query and tell me when i got refund amount.

I have made payment of rs. 1872 for home credit finance loan no. [protected] of mr. Veerasamy on[protected] from my paytm mobile wallet no. [protected].

I have made the payment using paytm gateway net banking of city union bank, while processing the order the amount of rs. 1872 got debited in my account and order no. Hcplae6ipwapaytm not processed successfully.

In a few minutes of time the paytm has confirmed the receipt of rs. 1872 by e-mail. Still the time my order no. Hcplae6ipwapaytm not processed and also the refund too.

Now the home credit company has charged me rs. 350 as fine and my cibil score also affected.

I request you to process my order no. Hcplae6ipwapaytm for home credit finance loan no. [protected] of mr. Veerasamy rs. 1872.00 immediately. Otherwise refund the money to my wallet no. [protected].

Please take this matter as very urgent.

This is to make you aware regarding the fraud transaction your company is making in the name of one97 communication company.
From 22 october 2017 to 1 feb 2018 my continuous account charges are debited to ecom one97 communication.
I have already registerd a complaint in national consumer forum because the customer care of paytm is not responding at any of the number. They are just wasting the time o[censored]ser. No number is directly contacting me to any of your staff.
National consumer forum complaint number is :613248
Four to five times these transactions are being done which i have not done.
Details are:

Total deducted balance is rs 4934.14

I mr. Mohan kadam on 11 febrauary 2018 tried to recharge my phone no. [protected] with a recharge of 398 of which 389 got deducted from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful
Paytm promised to refund the money to the bank but till today they are not able to so my order id was[protected]
Details the transaction was made through idea app where i selected payments mode as paytm but neither the recharge was successful nor the money got refunded to my bank account so kindly request you to take action as soon as possible
I have also a screenshot of the sms paytm sent to me about the refundment that they will refu d it soon but till today i have got no refund

I take railway ticket through irctc application rs.535 rupees ticket through 0ne97 communications, payment is made and got deducted from my baroda bank a/c but it is failed and irctc application has not received the payment.. Please refund my amount back to my account.

I am abdul matin, the account holder of sbi account no [protected] and last four digit of my debit card is 9260. I received a call from mobile no [protected] today at 1040 hrs. He told me that he is a representative of sbi and he further told me that my aadhar card no is required to link with my sbi account no. And then he askeb for the atm no, cvv of my debit card. After that he immidiately started to make the transaction at 1108 hrs on my debit card for purchase worth rs 5000/- with transaction no[protected] and pos no is [protected] on using one97 communication limited. Since this is a fradulent transaction i already lodged a fir against this transaction hence you are hereby requested to held up the purchase of this transaction and arrange to refund the money. The police authority will communicate you shortly. Thank you

988 rupees is debited from my bank account in the name of one97 communication without any transaction.. Plz provide guidance for getting my money back. Coustomer care no is not responding. It is always says busy. I dont understand what to do. I should report on cyber crime or police fir. Fefund my amount. I will taken strictly action one97 communication.
