I'm order mobile in nextfhone.com 02dec17 already i'm paid down-payment 2500 but that compay my order was canclled cibil problem so. This is to make you aware regarding the fraud transaction your company is making in the name of one97 communication company.
From 22 october 2017 to 1 feb 2018 my continuous account charges are debited to ecom one97 communication.
I have already registerd a complaint in national consumer forum because the customer care of paytm is not responding at any of the number. They are just wasting the time o[censored]ser. No number is directly...

I mr. Mohan kadam on 11 febrauary 2018 tried to recharge my phone no. [protected] with a recharge of 398 of which 389 got deducted from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful
Paytm promised to refund the money to the bank but till today they are not able to so my order id was[protected]

I take railway ticket through irctc application rs.535 rupees ticket through 0ne97 communications, payment is made and got deducted from my baroda bank a/c but it is failed and irctc application has not received the payment.. Please refund my amount back to my account.

He told me that he is a representative of sbi and he further told me that my aadhar card no is required to link with my sbi account no. And then he askeb for the atm no, cvv of my debit card. I m moinuddin shaikh from sakinaka, i try to book tatkal ticket on 20 jan 2018 but transaction is failed and the ticket amount is debited for rupees 830/-. After one week the amount is not credited in my account.

I have recharged my metro card by paytm violet by paytm payment gateway on 11 jan 2018. I have made a payment by citi bank credit card but amount was also deducted from my paytm violet.
I am chasing with paytm team since last 14 days but there is no revert. I have sent him my card statement also.

I have transferred 10000 (2* 5000) on 18th september 2017 from hdfc credit card, to paytm. But iam unable to remember to which paytm i have transferred money. Please help me in this issue as soon as possible through email communication.in statement payment gateway is mentioned as one 97 communications.

Complaint lodged on 16th dec 2017 to paytm with ref no 46014792 for fradulent debit transaction of rs.2605.80 took place from my idbi bank savings account on 27th nov 2017. On 16th dec they reverted back saying that they cannot fetch the details with the transaction details. I even provided my debit card details. Paytm is not replying to my ticket and neither paytm is not refunding back my money....

I have booked 2 time a train tricket from to ranchi to muzafferpur as on 20 th dec 2017 from irctc through paytm gateway (From rupay debit card) and transaction got failed (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded. (Status on irctc website refunded on 21.12.17)
So please look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.

I tried to book train ticket through irctc app on 28th dec 2017.

The train ticket did not get booked but the money (Rs 5291) was debited from my account.

The irctc app showed that the transaction had failed.

I debited my netbanking for rs.6451.80 ref: [protected]igacpyygl7 for purchase of train tickets on 29/12/2017. Though my bank debited the amount, the railway site has informed that the money was received.

I request you to look into this matter and credit back the amount to my account at the earliest.
