Hi,
I have transferred 10000 (2* 5000) on 18th september 2017 from hdfc credit card, to paytm. But iam unable to remember to which paytm i have transferred money. Please help me in this issue as soon as possible through email communication.in statement payment gateway is mentioned as one 97 communications.

    fraudulent debit transaction using net banking

    Complaint lodged on 16th dec 2017 to paytm with ref no 46014792 for fradulent debit transaction of rs.2605.80 took place from my idbi bank savings account on 27th nov 2017. On 16th dec they reverted back saying that they cannot fetch the details with the transaction details. I even provided my debit card details. Paytm is not replying to my ticket and neither paytm is not refunding back my money....

    I have booked 2 time a train tricket from to ranchi to muzafferpur as on 20 th dec 2017 from irctc through paytm gateway (From rupay debit card) and transaction got failed (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded. (Status on irctc website refunded on 21.12.17)
    So please look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.

      I tried to book train ticket through irctc app on 28th dec 2017.

      The train ticket did not get booked but the money (Rs 5291) was debited from my account.

      The irctc app showed that the transaction had failed.

      Details of transaction:
      Bank: state bank of india
      Details displayed in my bank account with respect to transaction on 28th december 2017: [protected]ch72999921 transfer to [protected] one97 communications, rs 5291

      The money hasn't been refunded yet.

          On 04 apr 17, l have paid lic premium of rs.2568 against policy no[protected], but it did not credited in lic account and my premium has been expired. It has credited in your account. My sbi account no in which premium was paid is [protected]. Plz refund the amount to my account as soon as possible, othewise i m going to complain in consumer court with compensation.                           I placed an order on 02.12.2017 and payment done through netbanking. They said i will get my product on 12th dec but when i tracking it shows on12tyh dec i received a product, but still i didnt receive my product.

                          The tracking no of gati international is invalid. Awb number is eq[protected]in.

                          When i called gati customer care they said the mentioned docket number is wrong.

                            Rs. 99 is deducted from my wallet for some quiz. Which is not acceptable. and customer care number not able reachable. This kind of fraud should be restricted.This deduction is without any intimation. Some fraud promotion they are running.this kind of fraud should be restricted.When the quiz is fake they should not charge for this. none of the online wallets has this kind of miscellaneous deductions features.

                              I recently order a power bank in paytm and then i receive the item without the usb cable and also the product is in defective condition as it do not charge the mobile mobile, i tried charging the the power bank and still it do not work, and then i place a return request and then i got a call from delhivery asking the return item and then i handed over the item to him and then i receive a sms after on the day that my return is rejected, and later the person who took my item called me saying they are not finding the usb cable so return is rejected, so i wanted paytm to accept the return. As on the first place i do not receive any usb cable with the item. Kindly process it on urgent basic. I attach the order no and all detail on the attached image.

                                  I am the regular user of paytm. I had some issues with paytm service which they never resolve. They don't understand what i am saying. When i want to report some issue, i don't have option. You simply tell that go to help and report. When i go to help i have to select one option. If i want report issue other than what you mentioned in that what should i do. When somebody ask these type of issues, you never bother. Since i started using paytm, i had some issue. You please read it clearly. When i want to recharge, after pressing"proceed recharge", it should ask "have a promo code?" which it never asks. 990 times out of 1000 times i recharge, it's getting recharged directly without asking promo code. When i reported this, they hvnt solved yet. They are asking that have you pressed "fast forward button?" i clearly told that when i pressed "proceed to recharge" option. How can we press two options i. E. Fast forward and pressed recharge same time. You people (Not even single person) don't have common sense? After telling the same thing atleast 10 times, again and again they are asking same thing. You don't teach your people atleast try to understand what the problem actually?. I don't bother about offers but having announced promo codes, why should not we avail those offers because of your problem and irresponsibility? Particularly when i recharged more than 100 rs it never asked promo code. You should carefully listen what i am telling now. If your intention is not cheating, why you put "have a promo code" option only after pressing "proceed recharge"? Why not before we press proceed recharge so that we can cancel the transaction if promo code not successful or entered wrong etc? You should answer my question. For last one year apart from not solving problem, you have not given correct response. When people have nil knowledge about queries, they should atleast direct them to higher officials or technical people (Hope atleast they have some common sense and knowledge). I definitely sue you in this regard if time permits. Thank you.

                                    The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the money has not been added in my paytm account.

                                      My paytm account is registered on +91-[protected] through which i transferred the refunded amount to the bank account
                                      Doi: november 25th, 2017
                                      Wallet txn id: [protected]
                                      Amount: 1099
                                      The transaction is still showing pending status. I did mail at [protected]@paytm.com but i got reply that its noreply mail id
                                      I even called several times but customer care is replying that the transaction id is wrong.
                                      Moreover, i tried to log the complaint by app but its keep showing wait for few hours.
                                      Please guide me how to resolve the problem or how to contact paytm team.
