I am abdul matin, the account holder of sbi account no [protected] and last four digit of my debit card is 9260. I received a call from mobile no [protected] today at 1040 hrs. He told me that he is a representative of sbi and he further told me that my aadhar card no is required to link with my sbi account no. And then he askeb for the atm no, cvv of my debit card. After that he immidiately started to make the transaction at 1108 hrs on my debit card for purchase worth rs 5000/- with transaction no[protected] and pos no is [protected] on using one97 communication limited. Since this is a fradulent transaction i already lodged a fir against this transaction hence you are hereby requested to held up the purchase of this transaction and arrange to refund the money. The police authority will communicate you shortly. Thank you

      988 rupees is debited from my bank account in the name of one97 communication without any transaction.. Plz provide guidance for getting my money back. Coustomer care no is not responding. It is always says busy. I dont understand what to do. I should report on cyber crime or police fir. Fefund my amount. I will taken strictly action one97 communication. Tomorrow is last day i will give a chance. After i will report on cryber ack police and media.

            I have recharged my metro card by paytm violet by paytm payment gateway on 11 jan 2018. I have made a payment by citi bank credit card but amount was also deducted from my paytm violet.
            I am chasing with paytm team since last 14 days but there is no revert. I have sent him my card statement also.
            Citi bank credit card statement payment reference no is [protected].
            Find below payment sms which i have received from citi bank.

              5000/- rupees was debited from my account in sbi on 02-nov-2017. I didn't receive any message or otp. I came to know about it when i was checking my past transactions because there was a significant decrement in account balance.

                I have transferred 10000 (2* 5000) on 18th september 2017 from hdfc credit card, to paytm. But iam unable to remember to which paytm i have transferred money.                   I have booked 2 time a train tricket from to ranchi to muzafferpur as on 20 th dec 2017 from irctc through paytm gateway (From rupay debit card) and transaction got failed (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded. (Status on irctc website refunded on 21.12.17)
                  So please look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I tried to book train ticket through irctc app on 28th dec 2017.

                    The train ticket did not get booked but the money (Rs 5291) was debited from my account.

                    The irctc app showed that the transaction had failed.

                    Details of transaction:
                    Bank: state bank of india
                    Details displayed in my bank account with respect to transaction on 28th december 2017: [protected]ch72999921 transfer to [protected] one97 communications, rs 5291

                    The money hasn't been refunded yet.

                                      I have booked a train from Bangalore to SOJAT Road ticket on 8th Dec 2017 in irctc app through paytm gateway and transaction got failure (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded.

                                        I placed an order on 02.12.2017 and payment done through netbanking. They said i will get my product on 12th dec but when i tracking it shows on12tyh dec i received a product, but still i didnt receive my product.

                                        The tracking no of gati international is invalid. Awb number is eq[protected]in.

                                        When i called gati customer care they said the mentioned docket number is wrong.
                                        One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
