I hv ordered for pigeon aluminium pressure cooker 5 lte on 12th may 2016 on paytm.com app.. My order no is my order id is [protected].. Bt on 17th may 2016 i received 6 pcs stainless steel drinking glass. Same i informed paytm abt wrong product received... They asked me for images of product received, invoices & packaging.. After validating they approved my return request. Bt when courier boy came to me to collect return pickup they refused to collect... They were asking for pressure cooker that i didn't received.. Refused to collect stainless steel glass that actually i received... I informed paytm abt dis that courier refusing to collect... Paytm giving me assurance that within timeline it vl collected.. Bt it couldn't get collected after my all efforts...& after timelines paytm rejected my return request...& i lost my money... That's wht paytm does with their customer... It was rs 1085 product.

On 14 September 2017 an amount of total Rs 5551 ( Rs1500, Rs1500, Rs1000, Rs1500 and Rs 51 ) was deducted towards ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS from my Andhra Bank account Venkatapuram branch Secunderabad 500015 please do the needful help.

I have ordered a iphone 7 gold 128 gb from paytm mall. But received a defective piece. Not able to power it on.

Just showed it to apple sales engineer. He mentioned that touch id (Hardware issue) is there. Its not pressing at all. So its a damage/defect
Also there is issue with iphone booting.

Adding to this, i spoke to paytm mall executive, they are just escalating mails. They just provide case id. They do not help all. Case id since morning: 39356002 ; 39370621; 39378462

They asked me that, if the product is defective, you have to go to service center and get it repaired. After spending 50000 inr you get damaged/defective piece and do the labour work. Commendable job by paytm team and seller

Also i spoke with apple technical team, they mentioned that, paytm or its seller are not authorized seller as a fact on paper.

So, guys do not buy iphone or any other product from paytm or paytm mall.
You never know if you using duplicate or defective piece.

Really pathetic.

I am looking forward for this resolution.

I hereby received a call on 14/09/2017 by around 4pm and said that we are calling from sbi bank nungambakkam branch and her name — sakthi and said that we offering a new credit card with increase in credit limit with photo on card and 9 digit no will be provided so that when you lost a card can track the card by 9 digit number through your mobile and said will be issued without any card charges and told my card starting number and has given the full no and also told that after an 3 beep sound have to tell the cvv no so that it will be hered only for computer and me and has given the cvv no and said after saying the 3 digit no again it will connect to us so that you will be getting an new card in a week time so that i given and said that the payback point will get redeem from old card to new card so that we have sent an otp no once i say that no all points will be transfered to new card and rs. 20000 us been credited to the bank.
Kindly don't pay to the merchant transaction made on[protected] at 4:30pm.
2 transactions. 1. 3000 ruppees and 2. 3000 ruppees. So kindly block the payment and confirm at the earliest.
Please resolve my problem at the earliest and i am awaiting for your call.

Kindly remove my email id from that account.

Because i already registered my mail id for paytm wallet.

This is a complaint about fraud done by one97 communications paytm because so many users lost their money due to powerplay quiz game.in this powerplay quiz game, user pay some paytm cash amount to the company to play the quiz game but so mnay users are complaining that they are not getting the question in quiz means they are lossing their money and also when users ask for refund, company is not reply to user's mail so this totally fraud. So please do some thing against this company.

That is true. They are charging from 29 Indian Rupees to 1999 Indian Rupees for buying Questions and once purchased it, The Questions doesn't appear in your feed. They are misleading consumers by luring them to play an always Win Spinning Wheel(Gold(25%)+Silver(25%) + Bronze(25%) = 75% chance to land on that and only 25% chance to land on "RETRY"). Once you land in those 75% chance(which you will almost every time), It asks for consumer's Phone Number and then sends them Text Message to a link stating that they can win 2, 25, 000 INR for just playing on following link. ---> " http://powerplay.today " and further lures them to gamble on questions and squeezing as much cash as Naivety of poor consumer can get. I recommend prompt action against such frauds immediately.

I have paid amount via credit card. On date of 28/06/2017 during place an order.
I have receive product as on 04/07/2017. But i didn't get cash back amount till 07/07/2017. I already complaint for same and they reply me that
