I see one97 company name in the three fraudulent transactions from my account on 3 july 2017, 30 june 2017 and 25 june 2017 respectively. I did not initiate this transaction from my hdfc account. Also i see the same transaction amount of 500 in both the three transactions.

    There is Two fraud transactions happened with my HDFC credit card on 23/06/2017 & 16/06/2017 Rs. 2000.00 & Rs. 758.00.

    I dont know how that money got deducted from my account.

      Sir,

      On 29/06/2017, i received an call from the mobile no ([protected]) introducing him as vijayaragavan, senior executive from sbi head office, nungambakkam and he told enter transaction and secret verification details of my credit card. He toldl me about the refund of 10, 000 rewards points and replacement of new credit card with added credit value. After getting my credit card details and otp numbers generated from my mobile. They debited rs.3000/- for 10 times from my sbi credit card. I want to clearly mention here that, my total amount of rs. 30, 000/- was debited through your website only and i want to you to stop the entire transaction immediately and refund my money back.in continuation of that, i am going to file a written complaint in cyber crime police for further action.

      Herewith enclosed the otp transcation details for each deductions was made.

        This is to certify that i recieved a call yesterday at around 4 30 pm on 27th june from [protected] saying that he is the branch manager and has done a fraud for rs.27000 by asking the otp.
        I hope that culprit have not spend this amount so i request you that stop next transactions and refund it to the complainant's account. And help us to find culprits by sending the details shared with you and use this amount for various recharge with mobile no., ip address and other details which help us to find culprits.
        Waiting for your reply and i need to talk urgently.

          I was purchased this product on rs 3000 cash back offer (La3000). Initially paytm said cash back will be credited to your wallet within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs. Paytm said cash back will be credited to your wallet after delivery, again after delivery of product paytm said rs. 3000 cash back will be added to your wallet after completion of return period (7days), and now after completion of return period again paytm is saying - "la3000 applied. Rs. 3000 cash back will be added to paytm wallet in 24 hrs of shipment and your unique free movie voucher will be sent to you post 15 days of delivery of product."
          What is this..??? Product is already delivered...
          Requesting you to please credit rs. 3000 in my paytm wallet within 24 hrs.

            I was trying to book a tatkal ticket by irctc wesite from moradabad (Mb) to allahabad (Ald) on 16 may 2017. The ticket was not booked but the amount of rs 3300 (Tax extra) was deducted from my bank of baroda account via paytm gateway (Irctc_paytmpg) with transaction id [protected]. I contacted irctc care they told me money has been refunded on 18 may 2017 advised to contact bank/paytm care. I checked my account continuously but amount of rs 3300 has not been refunded till date. Kindly help me get refund the amount on my bank account as early as possible as its been more than 20 days.

              I lodged a complaint with BSNL for my [protected], but as now realised, I could not understand that immediately how a phone call was received by me from [protected] saying as from BSNL and they will refund the amount of 50/- apprx deducted but to your bank account or paytm wallet.
              I gave them my paytm mobil no.[protected] and they asked me to tell them OTP received in the mobile. I showed my unability to see the OTP while I am talking on the phone. They asked me for another mobil no. and i gave as [protected], they made call me at this number and asked for OTP, but by the time it has been timed out.
              Thereafter they made call at my BSNL and informed of OTP received at my [protected]. The OTP received at this was 751727 which I informed them and now I see that my paytm mobile [protected] shows a Zero balance.

              How Paytm issued OTP to [protected] against my paytm account at mobile [protected] ?
              My pass book at mobil [protected] shows :-

              This totally seems a fraud case.

              Against above issue you must raise complaint against PAYTM. Also now a days some fraud callers are calling through and asking the card details / PayTM details like Bank officials and do the fraud. So do not discover your PIN / OTP to unauthorized person.

                I am a registered user of Paytm having made many purchases on Paytm till date. However, on 24.05.2017, when I attempted to buy an international product of gel-filled seat cover for my bicycle using my login credentials, I was shocked to discover that it was being rendered invalid each time though no change was made either in the registered mobile no. or the password in the recent past. In fact, I made a successful purchase and a refund from my registered mobile no. even a few days ago, i.e, on 22.05.2017. Worse, when I attempted to recover my account using the link of "Forgot Password" no OTP came to either my registered mobile no. or my e-mail id. I sent two or more mails to [protected]@paytm.com but each time the reply came mentioning that my wallet had moved to Paments Bank entity and I would be entitled to future benefits. I even tried calling up the customer care helpline but even that turned out futile as I could not get connected to a customer care executive in spite of waiting for a long time in queue. My wallet contained a whopping sum of Rs. 4961 as its credit balance and I am totally in dark about where it has gone!! Feeling absolutely disgusted I tried registering a new account with the same registration details of the existing one (though I changed the registered mobile number against this new account later on to distinguish it from the original one) and I was in for another insult to injury as the account was created very easily without facing any hurdle on account of it being already existent. My account has either been deleted totally without transferring the amount contained in its wallet or has been compromised as it seems (though I didn't respond to any link on any email claiming to be from Paytm). So please come to my rescue and save me from this mess as I have lost my entire night's sleep pondering over the fate of the substantial amount of money in Paytm Wallet!! Please investigate the matter and kindly arrange to get my account recovered with the entire sum of money viz. Rs. 4961 in its wallet.

                I had to take the help of cyber crime police station to help me get out of my ordeal as you people did not come to my rescue and did not even bother to respond which was not at all expected of you as you helped to solve a critical issue with Tata DoCoMo in the past which was quite praiseworthy.

                      I placed the order from Paytm on 2nd May with Order ID-[protected], colorbar Eyeshadow 007 wherein in the description it was mentioned that if I will purchase colorbar product worth Rs 1000 I will get a freebie of Rs 400. When the order was delivered to me, freebie was missing. On filling a complain on customer care on 5th May, customer executive Ms. Poonam picked the call at 11:47 am and she promised me a resolution that i would get a refund of Rs 400 as seller is unable to deliver the freebie. On 8th May again I called customer care Ms Smriti, picked the call an she again flasly promised me a refund of Rs 400 but still no resolution has been made till date. Tday on 18th May, I again called the customer care, Ms Pooja picked the call and she transferred the call to Ms Yamini which again was transfered to Mr. Jitendra and he completely denied for a proper resolution, asking for more time, when i asked for higher compensation he stated that no such policy is there for higher compensation.

                                I have done the transaction from wallet of Paytm on 03/04/2017 of amount 303/- but was failed. and the amount was debited against the transaction id [protected].

                                it going to be one month iam aggressively calling the customer care and not providing the proper resolution. in Fact one of the executive give me his another anonymous department number when i have asked him the nodal or grievence redressal number.

                                www.paytm.com no where the grievence redressal or nodal officer mail id are mention.

                                  One of your employee, called me and told that he is calling on behalf of shine.com to refund the amount i had paid for Job services.and asked me to login through his paytm account and asked me to give credit card details & Net banking details to capture the account details to refund . Three times he guided me in transferring amount to his wallet.(3000, 3000, 5000).                                     I purchased a wrist watch through paytm site 2 months back...the watch worked for 25 days and stopped..i gave complaint to paytm, since it was in 6 months seller warraty...they asked me to contact seller, and provided their mail id and ph number.. i sent a mail and i called up twice..no reply for both.. then again i approached paytm..they keep on dragging from then..and the are asking the order id...just see how dedicately paytm resolving customers issues...here with i am attaching screen shots of their mails..

                                    I transferred money to wrong Paytm number, please help or assist me how to get my money back
                                    I am unable to login to paytm inspite of entering correct passwords, feeling cheated...as unable to use the bal amount more then Rs 1500

                                      I have purchased Studds Helmet from Paytm.

                                      Paytm demonstrated price on website
                                      MRP -Rs. 1290, Discount available 15%

                                      Paytm Charged Rs. 1, 095 (Freight other) (Invoice date 22/3/2017)
                                      Actual MRP- Rs. 1020 (even lesser than discounted price offered)

                                      I came to know about actual MRP on Studds Helmet box which was tried to deface manually.

                                      (Demonstrated higher than MRP, Wrong discount, actually charged more than MRP and Tempered MRP)

                                      I have shared my complaint with Paytm and they agreed to pay Rs. 75 back i.e. difference of price actually charged (after discount) and actual MRP.

                                      Rather accepting amount, I requested to paytm to take action from legal perspective so that such wrong practices can be avoided in future in public interest, which was neither replied back by paytm as on date of filing complaint.
                                      (I have all required documents with paytm already).

                                        I had booked a round trip flight ticket with Paytm for travel in March2017 with order id.[protected].
                                        Due to the wrong information on ticket from Delhi to Pune i missed my flight, and had to book another flight which cost me Rs.13666/-.
                                        The mistake was the ticket mentioned the boarding airport as IGI Delhi while actually it was Domestic Airport, Delhi.
                                        After complaining about this to the Paytm Care I am getting so much irresponsible replies like:
                                        1)We had mentioned IGI airport, mentioning the terminal is not mandatory.(It is mandatory if the distance between these 2 airports is 7 kms)
                                        2)The ticket mentioned the correct timing, if it got changed we are not responsible(Boss who is talking about the time?)
                                        3)We are trying to contact the airlines (Why?the mistake is at your side not with the airlines)
                                        After so much efforts, I have been given with a refund of Rs.750 as notional amount, which is very insane as due to their mistake i lost Rs.16322/-
                                        The variety of responses I have received in last 17days clearly show how capable the Customer service is.
                                        Their site says we keep customer happiness on priority but the type of responses given to me show no one is even reading the complaint. I request you to pl.look into this matter and guide the company to work towards customer satisfaction.
