I placed the order from Paytm on 2nd May with Order ID-[protected], colorbar Eyeshadow 007 wherein in the description it was mentioned that if I will purchase colorbar product worth Rs 1000 I will get a freebie of Rs 400. When the order was delivered to me, freebie was missing. On filling a complain on customer care on 5th May, customer executive Ms. Poonam picked the call at 11:47 am and she promised me a resolution that i would get a refund of Rs 400 as seller is unable to deliver the freebie. On 8th May again I called customer care Ms Smriti, picked the call an she again flasly promised me a refund of Rs 400 but still no resolution has been made till date. Tday on 18th May, I again called the customer care, Ms Pooja picked the call and she transferred the call to Ms Yamini which again was transfered to Mr. Jitendra and he completely denied for a proper resolution, asking for more time, when i asked for higher compensation he stated that no such policy is there for higher compensation.

Against above issue you must raise complaint against PAYTM. Also now a days some fraud callers are calling through and asking the card details / PayTM details like Bank officials and do the fraud. So do not discover your PIN / OTP to unauthorized person.
