We have not done any transaction and these all are unauthorised debit from my above said account.                 I am writing this complaint to you because I made a payment request from my SBI account through PayTM UPI for a PayTM postpaid bill. Due to the network issue the transaction got cancelled.

                So, Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                I had done my flight ticket from Paytm for SpiceJet ( date 24th apr, pnr E8PGVF, name - SL Meena, Paytm no- [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com), but as this flight didn’t take off, I applied for full refund-which company had already initiated to one97 communication (Paytm) . But I hadn’t received any refund till now, also your helpline numbers are not picking up the calls ...Please look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible...

                  Despite not having any Paytm, Rs. 2300 got deducted from my account. After checking through Mini statement, I got to know about the details that it has been done via one97 communication. How can I get it back?

                    On 24 th feb 2022 rs 600/- which debited from my ac through debit card which transaction id 811841 One97 Communications Lnoida & on 25 th feb 2022 another 600/- rs debited its transaction id-230803 One97 Communications Lnoida same marchent .i dont have any transaction .plz recover my money back as soon as possible ..i also compline to my branch bank. i also inform you this company a Fraud, plz take action.

                            You made transaction on 18/02/2022. On which date you got the refund? I am also facing the same issue my tution fee 2.15L was debited from my account and not credited to college with this one97.

                              My friend add money rs 5115 on 1 Feb via lazy pay card through paytm after that money deducted from my LAZY PAY CARD
                              After some time he got add money failed msg by Paytm
                              But in my account money was deducted ... almost 16 days are gone still not received my refund in my card
                              Pls resolve this

                                  I was paying electricity bill through paytm and net banking on 13 February, 2022. However, the bill was not paid and an amount of Rs. 54690 was debited from bank account.

                                  I did try to loading rs 3, 069 to my wallet through paytm on 1st February 2022 at 9.15 pm.

                                  As the payment is successful from bank side and they also Provide transaction Id and details.

                                  Paytm is Just telling that they didn't get the payment, Amount has been deducted and it has been succesfully paid to paytm.

                                    While booking tickets through IRctc app payment gate way opted paytm and money got deducted from my account and credited to paytm(one97 communication Ltd) but tickets didn't got booked. This transaction happened on 30t jan 22 . But no response from paytm or one97 communication Ltd. Request you to refund money at the earliest.
