While Booking tickets in IRCTC the payment Gateway become PAYTM and Transaction of 2555 done to ONE97 Communications as per transaction history and no records found in IRCTC App which is seems to be fraud.

    There are transaction of total 2000 rupees from account please credited back to my account or else I was forced to complaint in consumer court as soon as possible return it back . On 13 Jan 2022 and 17 Jan 2022 two transactions were done by one97 communications l from SBI acoount.

      Fraud Transaction and money credited to one97

      Hi,

      Recenlty, on Jan 12th i got a call and person hacked my phone while explaining different schemes and did transfer of 1.5 Lac. I would request you to please refund the complete amount.

      Attaching a snapshot from the account showing three transaction of 50000.

      Please act and do the needfull....

            My father, who has two SBI A/Cs, was cheated today.
            He got a fake msg saying his KYC needed to be completed.
            He was taken to a fake SBI website, then asked for an OTP, post which 50k went from one a/c.
            [protected]IGAMTKIZX5 is the reference transaction number, INB One97 Communications Limi is the a/c who fraudulently received it. 5 Jan 2022.

            Then from the other a/c another 4300. That went to some PASFAR Technologies Priva, I will complain for that separately.

                                Yesterday I was booking train ticket through IRCTC App. When the payment was to be made, the amount was accidentally credited to One97 Communications instead of IRCTC booking. The same happened on 19.12.21. I request the company to look into the same and recredit the amount of Rs.1311.56 to my account with Canara Bank. The transaction was done through my Debit Card

                                  I had done my flight ticket from Paytm for SpiceJet -SG 143 (flight time 20:10, date 24th nov, pnr KY49MP, name - Gautham Krishnan R, Paytm no- [protected], email id - bhartirana0001.[protected]@gmail.com), but as this flight didn’t take off, I applied for full refund-which company had already initiated to one97 communication (Paytm) . But I hadn’t received any refund till now, also your helpline numbers are not picking up the calls ...Please look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible...

                                    Since January 2021 to november 2021 huge deduction of money has been done without my acknowledgement ; money is deducted every month of no fixed amount till now without any of my consent. I want each of the money to be refunded ASAP otherwise I will be heading towards consumer forum shortly.
