I am an idea customer mobile no [protected] and repeatedly money is being deducted from my account. I have not downloaded anything from one97 but still i m getting message from vz-ideacms mentioning that...

I don't know what to do now. It deducted 4-5 times and still going on.. Now what should i do..???

I want to back my all money as account balance.
