One97 Communications — complaint regard refund of payment | |||
Hello I made an exam form application payment to icai on 25/02/2018 through icai portal and for the payment it was redirected to this page. The amount was debited from my account but transaction was failed. When i had complained on 26/02/2018 about the same to my bank they replied that payment was accepted by your merchant (One97 communications limited) It is hereby requested please refund the amount of rs. 1800 asap, which was deducted from the account.
