One97 Communications — electric bill does not payment but deducted balance from my bank account

I have payment electric bill through the cesc application by payment one97 getaway on 16/7/2018.but till now my electric bill does not payment.Rs 9550 debited from my bank account(screen shot attached).when I pay the money through payment they show me payment not done...but in my account blance deducted...I tried to call payment coustomer care many times bt they didn't recived.back my money or payment electric bill.plz slove my plm immediately. ph on:[protected]
