[Resolved]  One97 Communications — Electricity bill not submitted

Sir, i was submitted avvnl electricity bill through your websites on 07may2020 and money was deduct from my bank account. i was totally trust your website and i don`t cross check to submit my electricity bill, but after 2 months the new electricity bill came, i was shocking. in this new electricity bill there is not submitted amount of 892( past bill).
hence, firstly i suppose you will be cash back my money and in additional my electricity penalty amount of 68 rupees. sum of 960 rupees that i want to return in my bank account . immediately
firstly i am request to you sir but if you neglect my request than we will see in court and also i reported various platform government offices and others.
