One97 Communications — fraud transaction towards one97 communications

There has been a fraud transaction on my kvb bank debit card for r. S 3, 000 r. S 2, 700 r. S 2, 500 to one97 communication and its parent company paytm. The bank statement says,

Pls take the necessary steps to return my money. I don't even have an active paytm account.
