[Resolved] One97 Communications — Fraud transaction with my credit card

I got a call customer support and under their guildlines their transaction is happenad and later i recoginsed quickly it is fraud and i tired contact the customer support but still their no responese from the one97 communcations.
i did not purchase or transferred the amount to one97 communications but it is happend on 28/11/2022 of amount 20360/-

so irequest to you plase considet the complaint and refunded the my amount back .

i did not any solution from the company when i posted the complaint immeaditely it is showing that completed is resolved . i am not getting what is happening in this . i request you to please clear the issue and give proper solution .
