One97 Communications — fraud transactions[protected]

Fraud person named priya sharma called me and told that my axis bank reward points for my credit card will be changed to cash amount. She then made 3 transactions worth 21500 from my credit card using one97 communications. I have blocked my card immediately but transactions occurred. Today morning @11am the amount of ₹359 is debited from my axis bank account from your side. I dont know the reason please tell what reason should you are charge foe this. Without any precautions.
