One97 Communications — I have booked tickets in irctc ticket not booked but amount was deducted

Actually i tried to book a train ticket on 10 th february 2019 at
11:03 a. M. But the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 930) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications. I've received msg from my bank. Please let me know when money will be refunded.

I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited...
