One97 Communications — INR 980 Auto debited without any intimation

I got message today that there is 980 Rs. debited by One97 communication from my axis bank, same i validated in my axis bank and its showing 980Rs debited today 13-Nov'2024 at 2.PM IST around.

I couldn't see any details in my UPI apps (paytm and gpay) which i use regularly.

i wanted to know in which account my 980Rs gone, and need refund for that as seems it FRAUD

I didnt get customer care number on One97 Communications.
