Sir,
I want to request you that i tried to book railway tickets from irctc official application on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 which both transactions were failed due to technical network fault and amount of rs. 990/- deducted each time from my saving bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer towards one97 communication payment gateway of irctc.
My bank account statement & sms delivered to me from bank which includes point of sale (Pos) and transaction nos. Of deduction shows that amount deducted towards one97 communication ltd. But tickets were not booked.
The pos and transaction id are as follows:-
Purchase worth rs. 990 on pos [protected] at one97 communication li txn#[protected].

So, i request to refund my total amount of rs. 1980/- in my bank account no. [protected] state bank of india, main branch, ajmer as soon as possible.
Please do the needful soon.
