I was adding money in my patym account

So i was completing my payment using my tez upi id

While adding money one transaction of 500 rs is successful with order id [protected]
And my second transaction of 500 rs gone missing didn't added in my paytm wallet
But transaction of 500 rs is successfully completed from my tez upi id
[protected]@okicici
500 rs is credited in
To paytm account upi id :- (Paytm. [protected]@axisbank)
For proof i am attaching all the screen shot of transaction history
Sir please help me to solve this issue
I have no information where my this 500 rs have gone
