[Resolved]  One97 Communications — money got debited from my card

I was paying inr 950/- for fee payment on 2 sept 2019, during the processing time my money got debited and till today i didn't get my money back. I was raising complaints to my bank but of no response. Pls help me with the issue and the details are as follows
