I have transferred Rs 1790/- to M/S Ramajayamrice.com through their net banking option on 18/02/2022. The amount got debited from my bank account but not got credited to the merchant till now. The transaction ref is:[protected]IGANAOPTR1,
TO TRANSFER INB One97 Communications Limi.
Kindly refund the amount or credit to the merchant.

You made transaction on 18/02/2022. On which date you got the refund? I am also facing the same issue my tution fee 2.15L was debited from my account and not credited to college with this one97.
