One97 Communications — payment deducted from account but no information about received payment

It appears that the company made faulty payment with message given below while doing Jio recharge. I was doing recharge of Jio mobile phone. with the link provided of One 97 comm, Payment was made. However, recharge was not happened. it is requested to give attention to this isue
