One97 Communications — Payment done, debited to my bank account, but not credited to the beneficiary account

Dear Sir,
I have done an online payment through one97 communication towards the school fee of my ward. ( Transaction Ref:[protected] IGANWNEXQ3 Amount Rs. 12, 023.60 /- ). The amount is not credited to the beneficiary so far. Since it is a serious matter, I request you to resolve this issue by crediting the amount to the beneficiary or refund the amount urgently. Expect an urgent action from your side.
