One97 Communications — prepaid jio mobile bill amount 399 debit from my account but not paid

On 20/12/2019 i have paid prepaid jio recharge rs 399 from my saving account through one97 communication ltd but recharge not successful. But amount already deducted from my account. Kindly refund my amount. My jio mobile no is [protected]. And if you not refund the money then pay the amount and recharge made successful. Your kind action will be highly appreciated
