I ordered a Fastag on 1st Aug 2022 with order ID [protected] but never received it. Paytm claims that they delivered it on 6th August via BlueDart Ref no. [protected]. I can produce CCTV footages from my apartment to prove that neither me nor anyone else in my apartment received such courier. Paytm customer care is rigid at its stand saying they have delivered.
