Dear sir I want to recharge my phone with paytm without adding money to wallet. I directly pay with bhim sbi app which is unsuccessful. I pay 511 rupees from my bhim upi id to paytm. [protected]@axisbank by giving my vpa pin and they approved it. But my recharge is unsuccessful with paytm even i don't get my cashback.
