I have recharged rs.313/- on 15.07.2020 at 11.00 am against my dist tv v. C. No.[protected] through my debit card no.[protected] (Rupay card) (United bank of india, a/c. No.[protected]. But the said amount is not credited against my v. C. No.[protected] of dish tv. My bank sms shows that the said amount of rs.313.00 debitted at one97 communications ltd at 11.03.37 am. Therefore, i would request you to kindly arrange to refund the said amount of rs.313.00 to my above bank account no.[protected] at your earliest. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

How many days I have to wait to get the said refund of Rs.313/- ?. If you have intention not to refund the said amount please inform me about the same. Now, I think that your company is cheating with the customer.
