One97 Communications — refund money of payment gateway in irctc | |||||
I have booked a train ticket from ang to bsb on 17th oct 2017 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded. Plz look into this matter immediately. Message:- A/c n1604 dr for inr 3920.73 cardtxn:rpay-pos/one9. A/c bal inr 19936.93 (Incl. O[censored]nclrd chqs) on 17oct 11:05hrs. I have made a payment on icaieam.icai.org website of RS.1800 through 0ne97 communications, payment is made and got deducted from my SBI bank a/c but it is failed and ICAI website has not received the payment..please help me with this...msg that I got...

i ha d booked ticket from jjkr to secundrabad on 15/10/2019 transaction failed ticket was not booked but amount of Rs568.19 was debited from myn account and after follow up with irctc they said please ask payment gateway system as the followinf transaction occured but the payment gateway system failed to pay the money, please do look into the matter. Sir, I gave the ticket on 4 February, Amritsar Express 12483 from Kochi to Jalandhar City, the train number in which my money was deducted and I have not yet returned or the ticket was not available, I am writing Transaction ID below
